I did the 6 minute Butt Blaster for my bonus workout. Wow! I should do that everyday, then I would have an awesome back side!!!!

I chose the 5-min booty workout with ball as my bonus video, but I was getting leg cramps so I will try the 5-min beginner abs workout with ball instead for tonight. Which videos did anyone else choose. I'm starting out slowly...may choose something more challenging in week 3.
