There's always tomorrow, STKMW02. We can only do what we can do. Life is always going to throw us a curve. God has a sense of humor, haven't you heard? Just keep getting back in the saddle. Don't try for perfection. Concentrate on doing just one little thing each day. They'll add up, and most days you'll probably do 10. Don't beat yourself up. You're doing better than you probably realize.
Yesterday I left work early so we could leave for a funeral, where we stayed until will into the night. We had a 3 hour drive home... no exercise and my diet wasn't all that wonderful. Today was very much the same, an early dismissal due to weather conditions, but we still had a business appointment 3 hours away... once again, no exercise and a less than desirable diet. Will tomorrow be any better?
Captains Log...Day 1 of week 2 and did the bootcamp work out and then did one extra video it was the 8 minute interval. It took me a little to get into working out today, but finally I did. I have a long way to go and have come a long way. |Well here's to tomorrow

So sorry you're feeling bad. Do take care of yourself and don't be beating yourself up. That won't help the migraine. Think good thoughts and just rest. When you're 100% you can get back in the saddle and move forward.

Do feel down, you have done very well to lose that 1.2 lbs. I sadly gained some weight back. As far as your headaches, I am sorry that you get them. Are you drinking enough water, I know when I am dehydrated I start getting a headache. Maybe you are out of alignment. Keep up the good work. I am finished my 28 day boot camp and I need to figure out what I am going to do for March, any ideas? Do you know how many calories you have to burn a day if you eat around 1200-1550 calories a day? I don't understand how this works and I would like to make the best of it. I have about 40 lbs to lose. I am cheering you on, don't give up.

Day 1: Captain's log... I can't seem to kick this migraine. I subdue it for a while, then it comes back full force to ruin my evenings. I was able to complete the Day 1 video for Week 2, but my head is throbbing and my neck is tense. I also did a Bonus Video, an 8 minute cardio. I know I'll be busy this week and figured I might as well fit it in today. I wanted to fit in an Active2 workout today too, but I just can't do it.
I'm feeling a little down, I had expected to lose more weight this week. I lost 1.2 lbs. Normally when I start to lose weight, I lose a few pounds quickly which gives me the drive to keep it going when I start losing weight slower. I need to remind myself that I can do this.
