Captain's log... I can't seem to kick this migraine. I subdue it for a while, then it comes back full force to ruin my evenings. I was able to complete the Day 1 video for Week 2, but my head is throbbing and my neck is tense. I also did a Bonus Video, an 8 minute cardio. I know I'll be busy this week and figured I might as well fit it in today. I wanted to fit in an Active2 workout today too, but I just can't do it.
I'm feeling a little down, I had expected to lose more weight this week. I lost 1.2 lbs. Normally when I start to lose weight, I lose a few pounds quickly which gives me the drive to keep it going when I start losing weight slower. I need to remind myself that I can do this.
