I chose the New YOU Bootcamp: 10-Minute Abs Shredder. I used a stability ball yesterday for the first time. I definitely felt it today! I didnt even know I had abs until they started hurting...so they are in there somewhere!! Hopefully I will see them soon!

My week 2 bonus videos have been "14-Minute Basic Yoga Workout from Bethenny Frankel's ''Bethenny's Skinnygirl Workout'' DVD" and "10-Minute Beginner's Pilates Workout from Kristin McGee's ''Pilates for Beginners'' DVD". Both are really fun, fairly easy, but I can still feel a good workout. I especially liked the yoga one, it had a really good flow to it.

I did the 10 crunches core workout. I could not do the floor ones but I did other exercises to replace them it felt good afterward. Thanks for the tips. and the Challange.

I did the beginning Pilates one since I am feeling kind of blobby in my midsection. I love how I feel about six inches taller when I am done. I haven't decided which video to do for my second bonus one so I am watching all of your feedback carefully.

i believe i did the 12 minute seated cardio... I have a dance workout on my wii and i did a kickboxing workout and thought this was nice to see how much of my body i can use while im seated. really enjoyed it.

I did the 11min seated cardio today. After my day 7 5K training, day 1 week 2 28 day challenge workout and carrying my baby around today it was a great workout that saved my back. There are several of the yoga videos I enjoy but decided to try something different.

I did the 20 minutes yogilates video. Many years ago I had a Kathy Smith video "library" and I found it good to hear her voice again. I enjoyed the feeling that I was giving myself a good stretch.

Tuesday I did the 14-Minute Cardio Dance Workout. I can't say that I would do it again, my knee still hurts after doing it. Plus the lady was really annoying.

Today I did the 10-Minute Beginner's Pilates Workout. It was my first Pilates workout ever. It was difficult but I enjoyed it, will definitely try more.

I did the yogalaties 20 minute video. Very good for loosening up and working on being more flexible. My hamstrings are so tight I felt like this helped some.

Formu bonus video I chose the 20 minute total body strengthner video. Did it for the first time this morning. It was a little challenging but felt like an amazing workout! Especially for my arms and thighs which need the most toning.

The video I selected to do twice this week in addition to my others and cardio workouts is the 10-minute Arm Toning video. While I have several problem areas, my arms I consider my weakest area and I definitely have the jello jiggle going on when I lift them up. I aim to continue to incorporate this video in my workouts so that I can strengthen and tone up my arms.

For my two bonus videos this week I did the 10-minute beginner's Pilates and the 14-minute Bollywood cardio.

I LOVED the Pilates one. I was afraid I might not be able to keep up with it because of my herniated disk, but it felt challenging, yet achievable. I'll definitely do it again.

For the Bollywood cardio, I had to skip the hopping parts because I'm just not that fit or coordinated. During those sections I went back to the plié pulse or did the steps minus the hops and enjoyed the music. I'll probably revisit this video in a few weeks to see if I've improved enough to keep up better.

Yesterday Thursday was week 2 day 1 for me and I did the 20 min fat buster video and I absolutely loved it! I was literally dripping sweat! It felt so good!

Ps. Do I do one of these bonus videos every day of week 2? Or will it be like week 1 where it tells you what video to do. Help please??

Wow, I did the xtend 17 minute arm sculpting barre video and I LOVED it to death... went and ordered it right off of Amazon. I think this will become more popular than my already loving "Element Ballet Conditioning" video that I already had... I LOVED the fast pace of doing all this, and raising my heart rate at the same time. Awesome video, thanks spark!

Did the pilates 10 minute workout but never having done pilates.... I didn't really care for it, to tell you the truth. I've gotten some major workout's from a ballet toning video I have and this one just seems jerkier and more prone to injury, but reminds me a little of my ballet one. So I think I will actually do my 40 minute ballet one for the second time this week instead. :D

For my bonus video I did the cardio dancing Bollywood one on day 8. I HATED IT!! It was way too hard on my knees and too high impact. Yuck. Maybe I'll try a second strength training one soon, not sure. I often do extra exercises like today was day 5 repeated.. Day 12, I guess.. and when I finished the other mat exercises and stretching, I was on my back so I started doing crunches. I did 15 crunches, then 15 crunches with twists, and then repeated both of those and did ab stretching after.

I also want to mention that the first day cardio workout is too hard - too high impact for most people. Even with modifications I couldn't do all of it and I just felt like a failure. If I hadn't started by doing day 7 strength training with a friend, I wouldn't have dared even try the rest of the week.

I did the 7 minute upper body workout from the Spring into Shape Challenge. I did that challenge last month and I loved this particular workout because I could feel my improvement each time I did it. I would also be sore the following day each time I did it. It is a workout in which I can always work to my personal maximum.

Huh, Bollywood burn video for me as the bonus. All I can say is that I'm darn glad that I have experience with bellydancing. It was fun though. I opted not to jump but just to bounce on the floor so as to save my knees. I'd like to try the full video to see if it does a routine eventually I suppose.

Today is Week 2 day 3. Since I don't have a my extra strength training on Fri, Sat and Sun I decided today to try out a new video. Today was an arm workout for me so I completed the 10-Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Workout.

I really enjoyed the workout video. The instructor was full of energy. I enjoyed the beginning stretches first most, because I did this after my cardio video and I felt it gave me a deeper arm stretch I needed. I think I might try Yoga next. I've always been interested in it. So far this is FUN!

I am not sure how to track it. Is this done on an honor system or should we add it to our daily fitness tracking?

Yesterday you said Tomorrow....My start is TODAY!

Hi. I've tried the Bollywood dvd once and also found it very strange. It just wasn't for me. But what I found for my Week 2 Bonus Video is the 10 minute solution 5 day get fit mix. There are 5 different 10 minute routines and I tried 2 today. Feel great! There are various choices of the "10 minute solution" dvds on netflix with streaming. The Kickboxing and Pilates ones ROCK! Off to a fab Week two! Keep trying till you find something you WANT to work out with,,, I find it makes it alot easier to make sure I DO work out.

I tried the Bollywood burn, too and felt about the same way. I was hoping for more of a high-energy, dance-type video. This one was pretty strange so I'll have to keep looking for something else... The kickboxing videos sound fun.

my week 2 bonus video was 14 min cardio dance, bollywood burn. it was ok, definitely fun and felt low impact, wasnt sure if I was doing enough but I was sweaty by the time it was over. (think lots of shimmying and jumping) staying on track, halfway thru with week 2 emoticon Tried new you 8 min arm workout for 2nd bonus video. didnt have balance ball but substituted a chair. pretty good

For my week 2 bonus video, I first tried the kickboxing cardio, but it was too much for me for now. I then tried the 15-minute Desk Workout. I really liked it and will keep using it.

For week 2 I added Nicole's Butt-Busting workout. Love it!! Also added the Day 1 Bootcamp workout...the one with the Kickboxing. What a great cardio workout!

I did the 9 minute upper body work out with dumbbells. I think this was a reasonable workout and I could really feel it afterward.

Bonus video - this morning I did the jumpstart 10 minute cardio workout. It was tough - non stop jumping. I will do this one again when I am short on time and want a heart pounding workout!

Day 1 of Week 2 and I ran out of time to get the run (cardio) in that I wanted...guess this will be a cardio free day, but instead I did my first bonus video; 9-Minute Arm Workout with Dumbbells. Tomorrow is a lower body and yesterday was a core exercise, so I thought that this would be pretty safe. Not to mention, my arms need more than a little work.
I'll manage to fit my cardio in tomorrow (when I originally planned to be off).

Today I did the 8 min Cardio Interval workout. I also went on a 50 min walk - outside...which is a big deal. I've been confined to my treadmill since I've been recovering from a knee injury. It felt great to be outside again (even though it was in the mid-30s). And my walking partner was happy to have me back :) One more happy note - I am ONE pound away from my goal weight!!!!

I did the Crunchless Core workout for both of my bonus Vid days....the first day I tried it, I thought i had picked a pretty simple one..... (-_-) NOT AT ALL. So, day 2, I wanted to conquer this particular video.....I was defeated......BUT, I will try again next week. =)
