Not had a good weekend although i have done plenty of exercise. Had a street party to go to and I made Stawberry Pavlova. Didnt eat any at party but did a whole load of finger and bowl licking whilst making it. Then there were 2 pieces left and I had one and gave the other away, so only half naughty. Will see when I get weighed tomorrow, will be happy with 0 loss and 0 gain.

I'm on week 2 day 4. Just completed the day four Seven-Day Bootcamp workout. I also added 30 minutes of 'running in place' and 5 minute cool down.

Day 3 and still doing well. Had pate with lunch salad and, luckily, checked out calories before I ate. 388, way too much but then again I would normally have that much pate as a snack and this was my main meal. Decided to have it anyway but could only eat half. Put rest in freezer so not tempted tonight. It is the little things that you do mindlessly that add the weight.

Hi. I'm through Day 5 of Week 2 and it feels great. I chose Andrea Metcalf's 12-Minute Low Impact Cardio Workout. I did it twice this week and it's so much fun. Since it stops at 12 minutes and the video is longer it's a bit of a let down because you don't want it to end so abruptly. But I'll do it again. Just remember to do some slower movements when it stops so you cool down safely. Enjoy it.
Day 2 of week 2 and feeling good about myself. Not keen on toning videos so doing my own 10 min routine, mainly because computer is not in a good place for me to follow SP routines. No formal exercise today due to weather but had total of 60 mins in pool yesterday and weather due to be good hereafter - at least for a few days.

Just finished week one and pleased to have lost 2lbs. May not sound much but I usually lose 2lb and put 2lb back on over the weekend. Had a good 30 mins in pool this morning and will be in again in evening. Good luck to all for week 2.

I think I may be a couple days off but am beginning week two. I find that if I track my food after each meal it's easier for me to keep up with. Also see how doing this as well as tracking my fitness is becoming a "habit" and a normal part of my daily routine. I'm sooooo glad! I had really gotten off track for almost 6 months. SparkPeople has really helped with my motivation and I feel like I'm getting close to being back to my old self, almost. Still have at least 10lbs. I'd like to lose. Good luck to all!

Completed week 2 in 18 days (instead of 14, skipped a few while on vacation). This is the longest I have stuck with any program like this before. Did week 1 as advertised, except no weights, and did jog in place during the 2 "intense" moves in the cardio video (day 1). This week, did the same on day 1 cardio, I added the cardio video (day 1) and a seated workout as my "extra video," and added 2 lb. dumbbells when advised to use weights. Moving on to week 3, and feeling good about my progress.

Almost time to start week three for me. I did try the chair cardio and actually did get my heart rate up sitting in a chair. Will def use some of those exercises at work! Today it was raining so no outside for me to ride my bike so did a cardio video along with some resistence band leg abductions. Was a slow start to the morning, but I'm moving!

I am thinking I will do the chair cardio as my bonus because I should be able to do that almost anywhere and I have limited space for working out inside! I'm just about ready to start week 2! I am excited to be here! I managed to get in 30 minutes or more of exercise everyday! I have been tracking my food intake everyday so doing that three times a week will not be an issue. I would like to increase my exercise overall this week to 60 minutes. I am seeing progress in my clothes and on the scale and I would like to keep it coming!

Woohooo week 2! I was so excited to finish week 1 successfully :) I did between 30 minutes-2 hrs of cardio 6 days and did the videos each day. The day 7 video kicked my butt and I actually did it twice because I was so slow the first go around! I had been at the same weight for about a month, but one week of bootcamp helped me lose 2 pounds!
I'm so excited for week 2 and I hope to keep up the motivation & stamina from week one. Good luck everyone!

I chose the 9-min lower body sculpt video as my extra vid as my derriere and legs are in dire need of that little extra attention! Did it yesterday (my day 1), and will do again on day 7.
Regarding the nutrition tracking, I do this anyway almost on the verge of obsession! I cook all my meals from scratch and weigh every single ingredient. It's so helpful to see the breakdowns though. I was getting all the right cals, carbs, protein etc. but my whole body was still feeling tired and lethargic - Then I saw how rubbish my mineral intake was... that was a bit of an eye opener!

How do I mess up my days so badly. Today is day 7 but I thought it was day 6! I'm going crazy! Not really, but it makes me laugh. I guess I did days 4 and 5 twice and I'll just do day 7 week 2 with day 1 week 3 tomorrow.

Finished Week 2 today! I continue to do interval walking as my primary cardio and the Bootcamp videos as my strength training. I've lost inches in my waist, hips, and thighs, but have only lost one pound. While I'd very much like to loose weight my primary goal is to be healthier and fitter. I'm staying upbeat!

I pretty good this week. Though I missed a day, I added it to the next day. The day I missed is was a gym day so I still did exercise. I have been teaching my meals consistently. Feeling pretty good this week.

Today I finished day 7 of Week 2 and also did the 12 minute cardio workout for my bonus video. I found that on the days where I don't get to come on here to do the specific videos, instead of giving up like I would normally do if I fell behind, I am doubling up my videos the next day. So far so good. Bring on week 3!

I did 18-Minute Boot Camp Cardio Sculpt, for my extra today. It was great. It was just enough for me to feel a workout. Not too hard, not too easy. I think I will do this more often.
