I did the 16-Minute Bollywood Cardio Workout for this week extra video. It also helps with my other challenges that I have this week. It was a great Cardio work out and it's something that I have never done.

I cant believe week 2 is complete...WHAT A STREAK! Now week 3 is on its way. Lost total of 3 lbs since I have joined the team. But 6 lbs since I have come back to Sparkpeople during early January of 2016. I cant wait to reach my goal. emoticon

Week 2 done! I don't remember what bonus video I chose. I think it was a 10-minute pilates one? Yes, I think that's the one. That was really difficult and I don't think I'll be doing that one again. Not a fan of those "hundreds".

Been walking everywhere lately and ended up slipping on some mud on an unpaved walkway. Twisted my knee again. Today's video was rough, but I got through it. Luckily it wasn't the cardio or leg workout today. Here's hoping for a quick recovery!

Not seeing any results. I have really been sticking with it, but have now decided to do only what the plan says and not my own thing, even if I think "my own thing is harder and more results, obviously not.

Did my first SP bootcamp video. It was no joke. I don't want to look at the bonus video. Did the aerobic video twice (it's short) and the stretching one only once.

Most people have lost weight. My husband says how tone I am. I really want to finish this and today, well, I almost, very very almost, gave into inertia. Someone in my brain said "you get up and do a video at least." I feel so much better (and ready for a shower).

Day 11 here. I just did the 10 minute Cardio Kickboxing as my bonus video. It pretty much kicked my tail, but I got through it (somehow). I am not seeing the results I thought I would, and I am very tempted to start Jillian Michaels videos. However, I REALLY want to finish this challenge this time...and I'm almost half way through!

On day 9. Have lost no weight. *sob* but finally realized what a commitment means!!! I have had all these ideas that I was exercising enough and eating ok - WRONG. With one exception I have been doing great. Need to follow the videos and not "do my own thing" once in a while. I will do that today. Let's go for week TWO!!!

I'm in the middle of week 2 and have completed the 9 minute arms and shoulders video as my extra video this week. I wanted more work on my arms and core so will try and push myself to add the extra few minutes to the bootcamp videos and cardio that I'm doing.

I'm finding I have more energy if I get up in the morning and workout right away. That way I don't have time during the day to talk myself out of it or that I'm too tired and can put off the workout till tomorrow.

Today, I finished week 2. I watched a video everyday, tracked daily and did the extra video on day 5. Cardio was mainly done around the house. Lots of moving boxes, gardening and cleaning as we just moved.

Was having a really good week until Wednesday when I woke up with an abscess in my lower jaw emoticon I decided that I shouldn't exercise until I felt better and finished have my antibiotics. Unfortunately that will leave me 5 days behind, but I will continue when I feel back to normal, as I'm really missing my exercise fix.

Had a panic about putting weight on as I felt so sedentary and discovered that I have lost 2kg this week, obviously my lack of crunch diet ~ yogurt/scrambled eggs/houmous has been a success (sorry, I had to find something to laugh about)

SexyNarci weight gain happens some weeks, I wouldn't beat yourself up to badly. There can be 101 reasons why it goes up, I know it sucks but I can tell you're determined emoticon

Hope everyone has a Week 3 and I'll meet you over there when I catch up emoticon

I have just today (4/29) finished my Week 2 Boot Camp - I started getting a cold last week and by Friday simply had no energy to do much of anything. Now that I'm feeling better I've decided to pick up where I left off and work two video's per day until I catch up! I also missed the 2 extra workouts - guess I'll have to catch up with that as well. It may take me a week to catch up but I'm determined to get back on track!

I will start off by saying that I refuse to give up, but this week started off strong like always. Yesterday, I just struggled to get moving. Today is a new day. I did some exercises and videos this morning so I pressed my way through. I am determined to get this weight off so I will shake this lazy spirit out and get my body moving!!!

WEEK 2 - Day 7

I am entering this on Mar. 27th but I really completed Week 2 on Mar. 26.


This day was spent traveling in the car to our destination. I didn't have any time for exercise except for walking when we stopped at rest stops. But I did make really intentional choices when we ate...so I a very proud of that.

WEEK 2 - Day 6

Started the week by leaving at 4:30 a.m. emoticon for a trip north. We are in a motel tonight.

I walked every time we stopped. Managed to get in a 20 minute emoticon at the motel and an arm emoticon routine. And tracked my emoticon as best I could by guessing at portion amounts and making the best choices I could.

Another day on the road tomorrow to destination. WooHoo??

Completed my two 20 minute walks plus all of the walking while packing and loading the car for our trip starting tomorrow. Going to visit the son and family. emoticon Nice walking areas there.

Completed a SparkPeople 20-minute Resistance Band emoticon video.

emoticon tracked and in range. Tomorrow will be iffy while on the road. Going to walk at all of our stops and when we get to the motel. I will have to keep track of the food. Will probably be on the low end since we will just be sitting in the emoticon

Week 2 - I am doing stretches, chair exercises, walking in place, riding my stationary bike and cardios which is less than I usually do as I regain my strength. I didn't lose anything and I didn't gain anything so I am hanging in here until I am me again. emoticon

I got through week two with flying colors. I continued to drink lots of water and exercised every day. I didn't do a bonus video, but I did bonus classes. My happy place opened a new location and were offering free classes all week. So I did the day video and the classes kept my body guessing. I did not do as much cardio because I didn't want to over do it. Each class was 60 minutes. I was very motivated because I love going to this gym. I can only afford to go there when it's free or deeply discounted. They had a lovely opening party. I won a yoga shirt and 5 free classes emoticon I was hoping to loose two pounds but only lost one. I think week 3 I will! emoticon

Bottom line: Do your best!
If at first you don't succeed try, try again!

I did four days today! Whew! I wasn't able to do them on the days scheduled. I ran out of time! I love this challenge. I had a bit of a problem getting day 6 to track, but I was able to search it and add it to my tracker! These are sure challenging! :)

Uh nope, no workout yesterday but did some squats and pushups and other exaggerated movements through the day.
Back on it today and I FEEL GOOD!

Not an excuse but the facts are that I had to be in work 2 hours earlier but still won't get home till very late. Have never done workout at nine at night, but, hey, something new. Well I'd surprise myself if I actually do it. I'll let ya know.

Week 2 - I didn't accomplish my challenge although I didn't gain but I didn't lose, this can be discouraging for me, but I refuse to let this beat me. I have been under the weather and I am just bouncing back. emoticon emoticon emoticon

another week started. some days i have to drag myself to it, but i still do it. maybe just a bit lighter. it counts as long as i keep moving. right?
the more you do, the more you can do. doesn't mean it's easier, just that you get stronger.

Week 2 was very challenging for me - My mindset was in the right place, but life circumstances and/or situations prevented me from a consistent workout routine - Tracking my food and water was done without effort so I guess I can be happy with that - Also, I logged on to SparkPeople daily which was done without much effort - I am getting quite frustrated not being able to complete all levels of the workout videos, but I am sure that will change in time - Looking forward to Week 3!

While I know myself as a creation of God, I am also obligated to realize and remember everyone else and everything else are also God's creation.

Day 1 week 2 is done. I'm feeling pretty good. I didn't lose as much as I was hoping in week one but I did lose and my pants didn't feel as tight this morning. So Win Win! emoticon

I too have issues meeting my calorie goals on certain days. I am not hungry but it says I need at least 300 more calories? Also if you notice on the tracker your calories increase but you goals for fats carbs and protein do not, and that makes it really confusing!

Norma Jean, if you exercising that much, you may need to increase your calorie intake. Sometimes, if you are not eating enough, your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to the weight you have. If you are tracking your exercise, SP will increase your daily calorie for you. On the nutrition tracker, at the bottom there is a range of calories. I would try to eat the minimum listed there, especially if your minutes are alot of cardio where you burn alot of calories.

I notice that I'm hungry all the time now that I've started using Spark Coach and this 28 Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge. I'm working out 300 minutes more at least per week.

I've even lost a pound. My eating has gotten out of control at times although my calorie and nutrition differential is still less in than out. On paper, I should still loose weight, but I'm finding it hard to keep within my daily calorie range.

I know what to do to get back on track, but am curious if others are having the same issues?

I walked for 63 mins today! Was able to eyeball my turkey dinner too! I even stayed within my caloric limits!

Hi all! I'm on day 4 of week 2 today. Doing the New You Cardio workout as my bonus video. I did it yesterday and plan to do it tomorrow. I've been tracking my food and did better this week of getting 30 minutes of cardio instead of 10 daily. I've also been trying to pull out some of my older (harder) cardio and toning DVDs to give me a boost. Variety really helps me which is why I think the challenges work so well for me. Thanks for keeping me accountable and keep up the good work!

hello. I think the video was 22minute tone and burn. I liked it my problem is my crudy phone but hey I didn't give in the frustration and kept with it. Good luck everyone:-)

I am starting my week 2 today! My bonus video week I am doing the 8 minute cardio interval video everyday! I am also part of the walk/jog challenge so that is part of my cardio 3 days out of the 5. the other 2 days i still run but only for 30 mins instead of 1 hour.

Day 10

Back on track after health glitch. Did video and Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk video. Had a lousy sleep so tired and headache-y when I started the workout but feel great now!

How is everyone else doing? It's just one bonus video this week right? I will do that tomorrow.

I'm moving on Wednesday. So things are a little hectic but I'm determined to keep working out through it!

EDIT!
So I moved and missed most of week 2. Crazy! I thought I could move and keep up with this challenge but moving across country became more important...who knew?!

But I'm back! Restarting at week 2 emoticon
