Week 2, Day 5. I just realized how cool that sounds! I've done two bonus videos this week (both Denise Austin which makes me giggle since I haven't done any of her workouts since high school); my regular cardio is Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and I've been doing that religiously. Tracking my food has been a help, too. I am less likely to eat something junky if I have to 'fess up to it - who wants to look at "two servings of Cheetos puffs and three (reduced fat) chocolate chip cookies"? Not I!
I think y'all are doing great!

I don't have any words of wisdom...sorry :) I read your post and I just wanted to try to encourage and say don't give up....it will come. I was aiming for 2 lbs a week and have lost 2.8 in two weeks so am a bit frustrated. However, this change in body shape is awesome...I love it!! I can do things I couldn't do before and that is just in 2 weeks! Keep it up and you will get there. :) Good luck!

During week 2, I did yoga, pilates, stretching and chair exercises; I also added walking to my cardio. I was please at how much I could do with my knee problem. I can tell I am toning up and getting more flexible. emoticon

I have been doing EVERYTHING to a "T" - cardio...ST with the SP Bootcamp videos, measuring and tracking EVERYTHING.

I am SO thankful for the shape of my body beginning to change, but here it is...end of week 2 and STILL have not dropped 1 lb....not even HALF of a lb.

I have my info set up to lose 2 lbs a week so I am assuming all of SP's info (amount of calories they ask me to eat, types of food offered in their plans, amounts and types of fitness) will be accurate...but I am STILL not losing :(

Anyone want to take a peek at my info and see what suggestions you might have to offer?

Thanks :)

Got my day 5 video in and walked 60 minutes on the treadmill today too during work. I also did the 12 minute Low Impact Cardio Workout as my 2nd bonus video of the week. Just 2 Bootcamp videos and 1 cardio workout left this week. Down 4 lbs since I started bootcamp.

Got my Day two video in this morning. Gonna get a 30 minute walk in today during lunch and another workout in this evening. Might go ahead and make today my bonus workout day, but not sure. Depends on if I'm in a Zumba mood instead. :)

So is week two just week one all over again? I don't have a problem with that, just don't want to miss something. I did Week 2 Day 1 yesterday (Using Day 1 video) and 35 minutes on Elliptical Trainer.

I have bookmarked both the 9 minute upper arm and shoulder workout (summer is coming and it is hot here in Georgia so I want to be sleeveless) and the 12 minute seated core workout (which I really like because as long as I am at my computer why not take a break and do that?)

I am just about finished with week 2. I am challenging myself to do more leg workouts so that will be my added video for the week.

I just finished week 2. The final video, 9 minute core workout, is a very challenging workout. I'm keeping up til the very end when I sort of collapse on my belly and can't do the small pulses called for. I do everything else and feel good about getting there.

For the Week 2 Bonus Video I'm doing the 12-minute Seated Core Workout. My core definitely needs extra work since I had abdominal surgery 14 years ago. I can see progress from the videos I did in the January Challenge and now February's 28 Day BootCamp. WooHoo!

week 2 done, I did not get the results that I expected, but at least I got results this time, maybe I placed the bar to high for me to reach. So for the next week I will lower my expectations only a little bit, and increase my cardio.

week 2 was easier because my body is getting used to the exercises and I feel a major difference in how my clothes are fitting, I am so ready for the 2 remaining weeks, although my significant other is not supportive of me, I am very excited about how I am feeling and looking, so I am staying motivated and I have no doubt about getting to my goal before my birthday in august

Just finished the video for week 2, day 7. I'm ecstatic that I haven't missed a single video no matter what was happening that day; I at least did the 10 minutes. A little nervous about week 3, day 1 as that video is the hardest for me.

Week two has felt different and I'm not sure in a good or a bad way. I started off feeling great about it (and just proud of myself for finishing something...week 1), but now I just feel exhausted. I've been sleeping much better and the exercises seem a lot easier! Which makes me ecstatic. My goal is really to lose weight, but even if I can just get a little more toned, I'd feel great about that. I'm having trouble with all the extra cardio. I'm a type 1 diabetic so my number usually starts to dip. I'm thinking about changing my nightly routine so that I can workout after dinner (the problem is if I do this then I need to shower and then it gets to be too late). We shall see what the rest of this week holds but I'm holding on tight!

Started the 2nd week. Battery on tracker gave out and stopped logging automatically. Took it off while I tried to find out about changing it. Meanwhile ran into computer troubles and had to put computer in for a FIXIT, so I was unable to log food here, or to get to the videos. Still went to aerobic walk and calisthenics class but didn't log it, and gave up trying. Will start week 2 fresh tomorrow now that I have my computer back. Happy Valentine's Day everyone.

Just did Day 1 of Week 2 yesterday. Felt great to start a new week! Did the normal video plus another 15 minutes on stationary bike (it was supposed to be an off-day of extra cardio). I'm excited to insert another workout video into this week, even though I did that last week out of motivation. We shall see what this week brings but my energy is WAY up and my arms are starting to get some definition-AWESOME! :)

Keep at it everyone!

Week 2, day 6. Back in shape. Day 5 seems to bring me to a lull.

Yacksher - I use the website bootcamp videos. The bootcamp DVD sounds like it has more stuff on it, so not sure how different it is. I do 1 toning video per day and 5 days of my own cardio per week (I do 6 actually, but I am only doing 10-12 mins of cardio). For me that's what I can do. But I have been consistent since day 1 and going strong.

Week 2, Day 2 for me today. I've been doing the videos each day and searching for 10 minute videos throughout the day. Today I tried a 20 minute video: Violet Zaki's "Weight Loss: Cardio Sculpt."

Week 2, I'm a little confused on what I need to do. I always track my food so that's clear. I am using the 28 day bootcamp dvd and will continue to. I believe I'm doing it right, proberly more than I have to but not really sure, this is what I've done so far.

Week 2 day 1: day 8 of dvd is rest day, I did day 4 and day 5 video from 28 day bootcamp on spark people.

Week 2 day 2: day 9 of dvd, tone & burn 30 mins, plus day 2 workout from bootcamp on sparkpeople.

Week 2 day 3: day 10 from bootcamp dvd, 22 min cardio burst. 2 miles with lesslie's slim down, sculpt arms &trim tummy. (I think this is bonus video)

Week 2 day 4: 7 min arm shaper with dumbells, and 7 min belly blast with dumbells from spark, plus 5 miles from leslie's 5 day slimdowm, which includes sculpt arms, slim legs, trim tummy, classic walk and speed walk. (Bonus video)

Week 2 day 5: day 12 of bootcamp dvd, day7 and 3 from bootcamp videos on spark , plus the 5 miles from leslie's slimdown dvd which includes sculpt arms, slim legs, trim tummy, classic walk, and speed walk.

week2 day 6: day 13 off dvd is free, the 5 miles from leslie's slimdown dvd which includes sculpt arms, slim legs, trim tummy, classic walk, and speed walk. plusSparkPeople: Day 5 Bootcamp Workout (Coach Nicole), SparkPeople: Day 2 Bootcamp Workout (Coach Nicole).

week 2 day 7: day 14 of bootcamp dvd, (bonus video) is 30 min. cardio from leslies burn 30 work out, SparkPeople: Day 5 Bootcamp Workout 7 min. arm tone up with weights (Coach Nicole) & SparkPeople: Day 5 Bootcamp Workout 10 min leg shaper (Coach Nicole)

Week 2, day 5 (total day 12). Doing well. Didn't do cardio today. Interestingly it was on day 5 last week that I didn't do cardio. Getting beat by day 5s video I guess.

Day 1 of week 2. Just did the cardio video; hoping to be able to stay with her the entire time by the last week.

Yay! Week 1 - Done! I'm already doing 2 sets of each day's videos & 20 minutes of cardio for 2 days & 30 minutes of cardio for 3 days. My initial goal beginning Jan. 2, 2014 was to use up 1 lb of extra fuel per week, which I've accomplished. I feel great, & I'm stronger! emoticon I think I'm going to aim for using up 1-1/2 lbs of extra fuel per week now that I have the foundation in place.

My extra-extra video to attain Week 2's goal will be the "14-Minute Basic Yoga Workout;" I will do it on Day 3.

FINALLY. :) Back on track. Rest day was yesterday, and this morning it was 12 minute low impact cardio video and 6 minute lower body toning video. I think I've picked out my bonus video for the end of the week already. :)

I have been sick and having sinus issues on top of the head cold I battled, so this week it was hard to get the workouts in. BUT rounds of heavy cleaning before the cold set in helped me with meeting my fitness range, plus a workout in the morning and afternoon helped me meet my five cardio per day so far. Brought my weights to work with me so I could use a toning video while I'm at work. :) Making use if my bonus video either tonight or tomorrow. :)

Great work everyone!

I'm finding it amazing how motivating I find everyone's posts about their workouts! I'm also amazed that I made it to week 2 having accomplished all my week 1 goals!

Now if only the scale would start going down instead of staying the same or hiccuping upwards!

I've had difficulty making sure I track all foods I eat or will eat every day. I still have today to track and I will get three days in for this week. I have tried using the phone app but it doesn't store my groupings like the regular site does and my favorites are not always in. Hopefully an update to fix this is in the works.

I did the two extra workouts this week as well as the 5 days of cardio for 30 minutes and all 7 days of the boot camp workouts. On Wednesday, I did the 5-Min Lower Body Workout with Band, and Friday, I did the 7-Min Upper Body Workout with Band.

Well I just finished Day 6 of week 2! Tomorrow is the last day of week 2!!!!! I am so excited to start week 3. Is it really different from week 2? So far I have been able to do all recommended fitness tasks everyday. Today I was really tired and sore from stacking firewood and doing 45 minutes of Zumba yesterday. My body aches. My 30 minutes of cardio for today was house cleaning. Tomorrow I will add some cardio to even it out.

I just finished week 2. I found that I had to load up a bit last Sunday and today for some of the strength videos. I have a hard time fitting in videos everyday--however, I ended up with more that the challenge called for. Also I walked for 30 minutes for 6 days. I'm proud to have made it through two weeks of exercising every day!

I just started week 2 and I am feeling stronger, able to do more. Last week was a little challenging, but I have high hopes for this week. I did toning video 1 and a 14 minute yoga video. I really didn't like yoga before because it was too difficult for someone my height and weight, 5'4 240+ lbs. But that video and now that I am 228lbs. it was less challenging. It still made me sweat, but I could actually do most of the movements. Loving this week!!!!

I like shoveling snow. I know, it's weird. When we lived in Minneapolis I used to hurry out to shovel my 2 neighbors before they could. lol Now I have to share my shoveling job with my 3 kids. They like shoveling as much as I do I think.

I can't believe I'm on day 5 of week 2 already! I need to get an extra video in today. I haven't picked one yet but I'm leaning toward something for the upper body. My legs feel like they are getting enough of a workout with my daily biking. Yesterday I had to split up my 30 minutes into 2 sessions because my left knee was inflamed a bit.

Time to get some stuff done. L8r folks!

using stretching videos for my week 2 bonus workout. I usually do them after my cardio workout. This is my 2nd time working my way through boot camp so just finishing the goals for week 2 is my focus. This is day 4 of week 2 for me so things are looking possible!

I'm finished with week 2, and it was a heck of a lot easier to do the second time around. I still had problems with my balance and the lunges, so I put my hand on the wall, so I would be able to attempt to do them. The last workout, which hurt me so bad the first time, didn't hurt as much this time. I'm trying really hard to strengthen everything, especially my back and core. The added bonus workout I did was 12 Minutes Low Impact Cardio Workout from Andrea Metcalf's "Keeping Fit: Cardio" DVD. I also did some Richard Simmons Blast and Tone, Curves workout, and my daily walk. I'm trying really hard to get God's temple in order and I feel so much better for it!!!

Be blessed,

I have been tracking my food 26 days straight. I am learning some substitutions for things that are not very good for me. Tonight I had a baked apple as something sweet and it was very good. I have noticed that I need to even out my meals and add more calories to meet the recommended breakfast calories. It has helped me resist temptation to eat vending machine food at work.
I chose a 12 minute upper body workout for my extra video. I am noticing that the strengthening exercises are helping my core to be stronger. I can get out of a chair much easier. I have lost a pound this week!

I've had to get a little creative these past two days: don't know if it's the weather or if I've over-done it, but my knees are really hurting. I found a seated cardio video that I do rather than my usual 40 min walk; so far, I've had no problems doing the toning videos.

had to sit out week 2. I pulled some muscles during a week one workout and it took longer than I thought to get over it. I did a short workout at the gym without weights today and I was ok..still felt a bit of a burn but I'm taking Aleve for the next 5 days and making sure I start the day with an extended stretch routine..hope this puts me back on track. I won't underestimate the difficulty of those 10 min videos again!

Today is day 9 for me, however I got super busy and stressed out yesterday because I had a test yesterday, and so I didn't get my workout in. Today I did my Day 1 and Day 2 boot camp workout along with my 30 minutes of cardio which I am doing a 30 minute 2 mile leslie sansone walk as my cardio for this 4 week challenge. I burned about 414 calories, and I worked up a tremendous sweat! I had a lot of trouble with day 1 last time and had to do a lot of the modifications but for the most part today I did pretty good. Today I did the actual jumping jacks up until when we started doing the jab thing as well. My coordination is definitely not up to that level yet. I skipped the second to last workout because that is way more advanced that my current workout level I mean this is only the beginning of my second week of working out. I did the last one. Also known as the mountain climbers, but I did them much slower than what Nicole did, but I still did them. I'd call that progress. After all of that lower body working out my walk was definitely made much more intense! It felt good though! A few times I thought about quitting though, but I pulled through! I have 4 more days of cardio left his week and for some reason it has been a lot harder for me in my second week. I know that sounds weird, but I guess it has something to do with doing cardio 5 days this week and then doing it this week. I guess my muscles are just building or something. I'm not totally sure. I hope that you all are doing awesome in your 28-Day boot camp journey!
xoxo,
Emma

this is my last day of week 2. I haven't done a bonus video yet. I'll let you know later. Going to a birthday party tonight. Going to a Chinese buffet for dinner with them. They do have healthy options. I'll try not to go for seconds. emoticon

Today is my 5th day in week 2 of my 28 day boothcamp challange.
My goal is to do every video of the day twice (That is going well), and also add a more cardio to my routine(only did this one day ) emoticon .

But i still got 2 more day to go, so I can squeeze an extra cardio session, I think today it will be Zumba.

Just to have a little fun in my routine.
Still haven't lost a pound but a few inchec, I'm looking forward to my next weight in. I hope that I have finally lost some punds this week.

YOU'RE HALF WAY THERE!-(Digger, owls of gahool) lol love that quote and pretty much applies here! I've got 2 days till I'm done with week 2 definitely harder than week one with road bumps where some days I've had to do 2 videos to make up for the day before...but I've done 5 cardio days consistently and I'm proud of that, and today I reached my first weight milestone of ten pounds since starting back up here! Yoga was my extra video choice cause I needed something chill to offset my 3 miles of running hah. Gotta admit though...Feelin' great emoticon

I just started week two of my 28 day challenge. I'm still excited although a little sore also. I know that it's hard but I also know that we can make it. We're are on the right track and have come so far; keep going.

My goal is to continue this challenge at the same momentum I started with. So far so good!
I'm going to do two videos each day this week instead of twice this week.
