just finished the 2nd video, I'm a bit nervous but it's good but not killing me YET. I need some new cardio though

I always recomend becoming a points "hog" because in aquiring points you are interacting and learning. Welcome.

I am going to start the 28 day challenge today. I have done it before but it was a while back. I need something to jump start my commitment to weight loss. I was going to do diet pills but know that's not the way to go.
