Oh boy! Maybe try cutting some of the carbs from your diet, or eat them earlier in the day. I know carbs are essential for body and brain function (and i could live on carbs alone), but whem I cut back on white carbs and even whole wheat pasta, my energy is better and I dont crave refined sugar. As weird as this may sound, m take surd you really engage your abs in towards your spine as you workout..they can trained to push out your biceps instead of pulling up and in like a girdle...lol.
