thanks for the input all...week one into the bootcamp i havent lost any weight..but did lose an inch off my midsection. that to me is more important than the weight i guess..as for hip hop abs i do love it a lot..it doesnt challenge me as much as turbo jam and tae bo does..the most challenging workout in it is total body burn so i like to do that on my strength training days.

Oh boy! Maybe try cutting some of the carbs from your diet, or eat them earlier in the day. I know carbs are essential for body and brain function (and i could live on carbs alone), but whem I cut back on white carbs and even whole wheat pasta, my energy is better and I dont crave refined sugar. As weird as this may sound, m take surd you really engage your abs in towards your spine as you workout..they can trained to push out your biceps instead of pulling up and in like a girdle...lol. How do you like Hip Hop abs???
i have been a avid excerciser for over 3 years. i just love working out. as i have lost weight in most areas my mid section continues to be my major problem area and i keep getting asked repeatedly if i am pregnant. i am actually suprised at myself that i havent given up yet but i am starting to feel very upset about this whole thing. i have started this bootcamp hoping for some results. I continue to do zumba, hip hop abs, turbo jam and tae bo along with it. i hope and pray for the best.
