I should be starting week 2, but I missed a few days and am only on day 5. Since today is my day off I'm planning on doing days 5-7 so that I can start week 2 tomorrow. And as for my cardio, that's almost non-existent. My bf says 10min a day isn't enough, but coming from no exercise anything is better then nothing right?! Anyways, I'm just hoping this will keep me motivated to at least try. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
