Thanks Swan47! I think I do deserve that pat on the back today! Did day 5 and 6 workouts and went for a 30min walk! Thanks soo much for the encouragement! emoticon

The good new is your doing it... emoticon and everything I've read is 10 minutes is enough, is it as good asm30 emoticon Is it better than 0 emoticon So I say keep up the good work and give yourself a pat on the back... emoticon

I should be starting week 2, but I missed a few days and am only on day 5. Since today is my day off I'm planning on doing days 5-7 so that I can start week 2 tomorrow. And as for my cardio, that's almost non-existent. My bf says 10min a day isn't enough, but coming from no exercise anything is better then nothing right?! Anyways, I'm just hoping this will keep me motivated to at least try. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! emoticon
