You're absolutely right - one day at a time... Set yourself up for success by planning ahead with your food and snacks. Also, when you're going to do your exercise. Make a calendar for the week with it and the time on it.
Alright...I got the DVD in the mail 3 days ago and still haven't taken it out of the plastic wrap. I'm determined to not live my life like this anymore, but getting past this wall has always been my problem. My goals for the 1st week do not involve my weight or size but rather things like "avoid sweets" or "bring a packed lunch". I will be tracking my weight and measurements each day in the morning.
I'm especially going to need extra support during the next week or so since I'm due for my monthly and THAT'S where I sabotage all my efforts the most (chocolate!). I can't say I'm excited, but that doesn't really matter. I'm determined to get through the first 7 days, then onto the next. One day at a time, right?
