Day 1 video done! I fell and hurt my knee while doing the mountain climbers, but after laying there a few minutes I talked myself back-up with the help of my fiancé. I restarted the video and just marched during the mountain climbers section. Hopefully day 2 goes much better.

I have been injured at unable to exercise for a long time. I want this challenge to give me the start I need without overkill. Day 1 video done and I am happy and not in pain but I have realised how much I have lost my flexibility though.

I started this and dropped it after two weeks. I did complete the 28 day workout using a video but not tracking in this team. I plan to follow the bootcamp outlined in this challenge and see if I can drop some weight. I am stalled right now and need to come down more. I need about 20 pounds off altogether.

Week 1 - again.
My goals are:
1. To commit to myself!
2. To complete the Week 1 Action Steps for each of the next 7 days.

I am going to start with the 10 minute video and 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. I am posting the Action Steps on my mirror at home, and have asked my Dear Hubby (who I will refer to from now on as DH) to hold me accountable. I have lots of healthy food in the house, my water bottle is full, and I'm ready to go!

My goal is to discard 70 lbs by October 2016. I decided discard is a better word for me since I have lost them numerous times and they always find their way back and bring their friends. So this time I'm going to discard them....the food tracker is a great tool for me because I usually forget to feed myself then I eat all my calories at once with no real balance to the intake. Since I started tracking last Wednesday I have had to pay attention to what I eat and when. My timing is not great yet but my intake is now spread throughout the day. Add some minimal exercise and I have already lost a few pounds.

I have attempted several workout plans and have not been able to finish them. I am hoping that this 28 day boot camp will help me learn more discipline so that I can actually complete a workout commitment.
I am also hoping to make a few online friends along the way that will help in the accountability department. I am not one to ask for help so I end up going at things alone and that has not worked out for me so well.

I want to really focus on this challenge and I will be really proud and happy if I can stick to the overall challenge of:

* 7 x 10 minute toning videos
* 5 x 10 minute cardio videos (at least but I am hoping to do 20 per day)
* tracking food at least once per day

Adding to my 20 day streak of cardio, I have done the ten min a day challenge and have been getting at least ten min a day in. I want to expand what I do- what I can do. I am wanting to start a strength training program and I need guidance. So here I am looking to start and conquer this challenge.

Goals:
- Double my daily exercise streak: total 40 days
- Incorporate Strength training to my routine at least 3 times a week
- Increase amount of push-ups I can do (40 wall-ups/min) goal 60

I work from home and too easily fall into the habit of rolling out of bed in the morning, sitting down at the computer and staying there until bedtime. emoticon When it's warm and sunny out, I get outside as often as I can each day. During the winter months, my mind and body go into hibernation-mode...I lose all energy and motivation.

I joined this challenge to stay motivated...to change things up...and to stay focused on staying active throughout these winter months.

Posting my before picture to hold me accountable in hopes of dropping another pants size or two...

My challenges this week will be to post my plan on a white board so I can see it everyday when I wake up what I need to do day by day.. Running has been pretty consistent for 3 days a week but that's pretty much it.

This week my goal is to hit the cardio 5 days a week with the 10 min tone it up exercise's first thing in the morning.

I made it to week 3 last time. Hoping to finish all 4 weeks this time.

My goals
1. Bust through my plateau
2. Finish the turkey trot at a better time than last month's 5k
3. Drink 8 cups of water a day
4. Log in and complete my challenges every day
5. Gain momentum
6. Do at least 10 mins 7 days a week
7. Accurately record my food
8. Do not eat out more than twice a week
9. Strive to keep my sodium BELOW 2400 daily. Starting with an entire week
10. Don't give up on myself

My goal is to learn new strength training routines and to continue my c25k traininig and other cardio 5 days each week. I've been tracking my nutrition and I hope to eat 25 grams of fiber a day.

I've done this challenge before a few years ago and it was fun and really easy to include into my busy schedule. I definitely need this to kickstart myself back into a healthier routine.

My goal is to start building a routine for myself to get into healthier habits. For the next couple months I don't have a lot of control over my meals, but I want to make better choices where I have a choice, and start putting more effort into my exercise routines.

Ultimately I would like to lose weight.

My challenge goals is to focus on setting/planning my daily meals and shopping for sugarless foods and adding fiber to all my meals. Also taking out some "me" time. I'm loving these challenges.

Well I am here to get back on track and get more motivated to lose weight and eat more healthy. I am doing for myself and my family. I think by challenging myself and track my process I will be able to be successful.

I need to get started on something that I can be accounted for. If I need to complete a challenge and track it, I am hopeful that I will stick with it! This challenge seems like a great way to enter into a program at your own pace. Good luck to all!
