Hello, my name is Walte and I'm currently in the middle of trying to lose about 130 lbs. I started last June and have lost 87 lbs. so far, but only 2.5 lbs. in the last 3 weeks. I'm hitting the gym 3-5 times a week and doing 1-2 workouts at home, and sticking to a 1600-2000 calorie diet, but seem to have hit a plateau. I'm looking for a way to get past it and back to losing at least 2 lbs. per week.

Hello all! My name is Jordan and I am here to get a good start on what I hope will be a complete lifestyle change. I like the concept of challenges because it keeps me accountable. I don't want to break my streak! I want to lose weight and get healthy for so many reasons. First, I have two beautiful children and I want to be able to run and play with them like I should be able to. I also want to make sure Im around for their lives and their children. Secondly, I suffer from extremely severe panic disorder, ocd, and health anxiety. I am hoping to reduce my fears of health issues by getting healthier. Finally, my husband and I are trying to conceive our first child together and I want to have a healthy pregnancy as well as increasing my chances for conception. I am starting today at 273 pounds. Hoping to never see those numbers on a scale again!

I am a first time mom to a 17.5 month old and would like to lose and keep the 10 pp pounds off. Every year in the winter monthes i gain wieght and become unhealthy. I have a vacation planned 2 weeks from now. The first long one in a long time since the baby This year, I would like to lose that weight and keep it off and regain some tone in my flabby belly. I am hoping with the excersizes and support from this that I can get there and stay there😁

My challenge is to do my early, early morning fitness plan and then concentrate on my nutrition plan by preparing my own recipes. Slowly but surely. I like schedules and agendas. So I ready to try this....

Hi team!

I love fitness, but then something terrible happened --- winter! emoticon

I live for sunshine, not snowflakes, so I joined this 28-day bootcamp for the video workouts, which can be done inside.

Instead of hibernating, I'll try to get fit every morning, after breakfast.

Keep pushing yourself through these cold, winter months, everyone. You can do it! emoticon

I hope to work on habit formation - to exercise on a daily basis. I'm fairly good about doing my yoga routine - but now have to add strength and cardio too - and I need both the accountability and the chance to form a more consistent exercise habit.

I am also hoping to increase my metabolic rate somewhat since I am otherwise a somewhat semi-sedentary individual.

My goals:

Get on an exercise streak
Eat better
Lose at least 6 pounds

I really need to get into a routine of eating right and exercising, hoping this will help. I started today with 45 min of walking, after day 1 and day 2 videos, because I know I can't walk this weekend, then I read the rules and realized I could just start on day 5. So tomorrow I am doing day 6 and going from there. I will do day 5 and 6 video though.

I hurt my back almost 2 months ago and was instructed to stop running and doing most exercising and now I am so out of the habit of working out. The holidays are also coming up and I want to be able to eat and enjoy parties without beating myself up. If I'm working out, it will help balance the extra amount of calories that I may eat this month.

The only time I've ever weighed more was when I was pregnant. My knees are starting to bother me. My feet hurt. I'm out of breath really easy. My belly is just in the way! I'm tired of it! So this is my start... Again. I don't want to start over again. I am going to get through this boot camp. And then I'll continue mg journey after this. emoticon

New here and today's my first day. I've had to give up my gym membership due to financial issues so I'm having to find alternative ways to work out. Financial issues are what makes it difficult as those issues keep me working ALL the time because my job is a commission based job so I'm truly hoping I can find the time to do this.

I've stalled in my weight loss because I haven't been able to work out, but I can also say I've not put ON any weight due to this either. I'm maintaining right now and I don't want to keep doing that. I want the size of my pants to keep going down so hopefully this is the key and can help me realize I can fit exercise in my day even with children, homework, work and a husband.

My Goals for December 2014 and the reason I've joined this team.

1. Lose 5 pounds - more would be great, but 5 pounds will bring me *below* 400 pounds
2. Start exercising - been sedentary way too long.
3. Develop an exercise habit by following this 28-Day Bootcamp Challenge.
4. Enter Jan 2015 with tangible exercise and weight-loss successes that will help motivate me and move me forward.

I've done 3 Days Workout videos both yesterday and today, plus my 2.7 km walk. Yesterday it was just cold and windy, today was cold and windy AND I had snow drifts to contend with. I think even though my walk took 5 minutes longer than usual today, the calories I burned trudging through drifts more than made up for the decrease in speed.

I began earlier in the week and just realized I needed to state goals as part of the weekly accomplishments. I got extremely motivated this week and had begun doing the strength training portion before I even joined the challenge... I joined just to make it easier to find them!

My goal is to keep motivated in my weight loss journey. I did very well 3 years ago losing 35 pounds only to slowly regain 20 of them back. So here I am working again, and these challenges help to keep me focused.

I wish us all great success!

My goal is to get week 1 done, I have been trying to get a workout routine down and hopefully this will help me to build that healthy habit!

My goal is to track all food and beverages, and to reduce carbs. If I don't track, I almost always overeat and overdo carbs so I'm hoping this will help. Would love to get to a place where I don't *have* to track, but let's go for one thing at a time!

My goal it to respond daily to this challenge. I am actually doing my own workouts, but will do them for 5 days t least. I would like to get back onto the program and continue to lose 2 pounds a week. I will be starting this tomorrow, weighing in tomorrow, etc. (nov 10). I have lost my motivation and want to regain it.

Read Psalm 25, it is a great Psalm to include in your life every day. Or go to Heart of the Word, and listen to their daily broadcast. Ron Mehl is great, he is no longer living, but truly is here in spirit.

I took a couple of weeks to get the tracking down and reviewed workout videos and strategies that best suit me and my interest and my physical abilities. Now I'm ready to commit to a workout schedule that I hope will keep me motivated and successful. :) I wish everyone much success. We can do this!!

Make It Happen! If not today, it's always a new start tomorrow.

My goal is to make daily food tracking, and getting out to excercise daily a habit.
I usually walk for excercise, the weather is just to bad these days.
So I'm going to join a gym this week.
I will also take a before photo.

Yikes! I didn't wake up for my morning workout. Ok, let me rephrase that I woke up but, I didn't workout. I kept telling myself that it was ok to have today off and then workout the next two days and rest another then workout the next two days. I'm not sure if that is a good idea. Because I got to the office and I feel like something is missing. emoticon

I am reaching my goal TODAY; EVERYDAY!
Fabi
