My goals are:
1: Lift 10 Tons by my birthday (July 16). I'm already done with one ton.
2: Take a walk once per week.
3: Increase vegetable intake.

My goals for this month's bootcamp is:
1: Get visible muscle (I build and lose muscle relatively quickly).
2. Get into good habits, replacing bad ones. (Cue "Breaking the Habit" by Linkin Park)
3: Have a noticeable change in fitness level.

First Day: June 22, 2015.

Two major goals for this Challenge. The first is to get myself in the habit of exercising. I know it can only help me in reaching my fitness goals, but I haven't been as diligent as I should be; One day on, more than one day off, that sort of thing. With accountability, I tend to do better. The second is that this bootcamp will end four days before I leave for vacation. A nice side benefit to working this bootcamp is that, as I do this and get myself into better fitness habits, combined with my healthier eating habits, I'll be in the best shape I can be for vacation, which will include a lot of walking and hiking.

Day one for me is Monday 22 June 2015.
My reason for joining this challenge is to push me to exercise, DAILY.
I had a wake up call at the weekend when I saw a dress I liked but hated the idea that the largest size I thought I was would not fasten. Setting myself a target of 21 September to return to the shop and Fit Comfortably into that dress in no more that a UK size 16.

By Christmas I want my clothes to be ill-fitting still, just not too tight anymore, too loose!

Day One of the 28 Day Challenge! My goals are to establish a better habit of weight training. As I get older, I know it's uber important for my bone health and balance. I am also hopeful that I may lose some of the tire I've picked up around my middle (glorious peri-menopause).
Another goal I have for these 28 days is to prove to myself that I can stick to something. I have spent way to long convincing myself that I am inconsistent, now it's time to establish a new belief. I am tenacious, and when I want something, I work hard to get it emoticon emoticon emoticon

Good morning everyone. Today is week 1 day 1 of this challenge for me. I have lost 14 lbs since January on the Dr. Phil's 20/20 plan. I still need to lose more weight, but I find myself being very inconsistent when it comes to exercising. I'm hoping that by joining this challenge I am able to learn to stick with daily exercises to help me on this weight loss journey.

My challenge goal is to start this program to lubricate my joints and work on my balance. This is my new start and I want to be able to do some of the activities I used to do like walking without hurting and possibly someday even run again.

My challenge goals for May was to loose 6 lbs. by the end of May which I did not reach, but loss a whopping 2 lbs. which I am glad I did and I know I can do so much better. So for the month of June I am going to work harder to achieve 4 to 6 lbs by the end of the month. I am not giving up on me, because I know I can do this. I will focus more and workout a little harder and don't slack up in my efforts. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have been losing weight with the State of Slim for almost a year. I am in better shape now than I have been for many years, but still have about 10 more pounds to lose. I turned 50 last week and need to continue on this journey to being healthier, fitter and more toned. I also need a new routine as my old routine has gotten monotonous.

My main goal is to improve my overall health and my family's. I need to practice what I preach and get myself moving!
My secondary goal is to get my self-esteem and confidence up. I know from past experience that completing a work out goal has done wonders for my confidence.
