- Do the exercises the program asks of me

Goals:

I use to workout several times a week with a personal trainer and hike 8-12 miles on the weekend. Now I get winded walking around our driveway (well, it is uphill!). My main goal for this challenge is to get into the habit of exercising every day, even if it is only 10 minutes.

My goal for this 28 day challenge is really to just recommit to healthy habits. I lost 95 pounds after gastric sleeve surgery in 2012, I quickly hit 155lbs and maintained that pretty effortlessly up until May when I hurt my back and also lost access to a car. Between pain and depression I let a lot slide and have gained about 10 pounds. I would like to reinvigorate my previous routines and thought this would be a great start, I started yesterday with a 60 minute walk with sprints and was absolutely METICULUS at tracking and made REALLY healthy food choices. Today is going great! Looks like this is just the thing to get me started on a toning/strengthening routine and I know I am going to have great results! No more pity party for me!

Hello all! My goals are to to the 10 minute videos before work and on my half hour break at work, walk. I do the zombie run app, I want to slowly work into running but the hot weather isnt a good time. I also have MS so I have to limit myself in the summer. So Im gonna prime now and go full force come September when the weather cools down. I work full time and have a 10 year old daughter so its easiest for me to get "me" time on my lunch break at work. Ive been really good at my water intake and tracking my food.

I just joined the 28 day bootcamp workout challenge. I have been pretty successful so far with following the meal plans, feeling better and loosing. I have taken it slow due to the excess skin that seems to want to stick around. So far I have lost 77 pounds over a period of two years. A lot going on in my life, so I feel like the bootcamp may keep me a little more focused on the workout plan. I have a before picture that I can't seem to upload at this time. So here we go.

I just finished my first week of boot camp videos but didn't want to post much until I knew what I was getting into here. I've been doing cardio regularly for a month now, but a couple of weeks ago I tried a strength training routine that left me in actual pain--not just sore, but wince every time you move wrong pain and realized that I needed something more of a beginner level. After doing the videos all week, I've discovered that my main weak spot is my core. So my goal for the challenge is to be able to finish a core video without having to rest, even if it means finishing with the modified versions of certain exercises.

My goals are:
1: Lift 10 Tons by my birthday (July 16). I'm already done with one ton.
2: Take a walk once per week.
3: Increase vegetable intake.

My goals for this month's bootcamp is:
1: Get visible muscle (I build and lose muscle relatively quickly).
2. Get into good habits, replacing bad ones. (Cue "Breaking the Habit" by Linkin Park)
3: Have a noticeable change in fitness level.

My goal is to add strength training to my exercise regime. I already do plenty of cardio, but I have been seriously slacking on building up my muscles. Let's see if starting with just 10 minutes helps!

My goal for this challenge is to begin doing some strength training and to be more consistent with my cardio workouts. Life with a toddler has impacted the time I have to workout and I'm trying to make it more of a priority again.

First Day: June 22, 2015.

Two major goals for this Challenge. The first is to get myself in the habit of exercising. I know it can only help me in reaching my fitness goals, but I haven't been as diligent as I should be; One day on, more than one day off, that sort of thing. With accountability, I tend to do better. The second is that this bootcamp will end four days before I leave for vacation. A nice side benefit to working this bootcamp is that, as I do this and get myself into better fitness habits, combined with my healthier eating habits, I'll be in the best shape I can be for vacation, which will include a lot of walking and hiking.

Day one for me is Monday 22 June 2015.
My reason for joining this challenge is to push me to exercise, DAILY.
I had a wake up call at the weekend when I saw a dress I liked but hated the idea that the largest size I thought I was would not fasten. Setting myself a target of 21 September to return to the shop and Fit Comfortably into that dress in no more that a UK size 16.

By Christmas I want my clothes to be ill-fitting still, just not too tight anymore, too loose!

Day One of the 28 Day Challenge! My goals are to establish a better habit of weight training. As I get older, I know it's uber important for my bone health and balance. I am also hopeful that I may lose some of the tire I've picked up around my middle (glorious peri-menopause).
Another goal I have for these 28 days is to prove to myself that I can stick to something. I have spent way to long convincing myself that I am inconsistent, now it's time to establish a new belief. I am tenacious, and when I want something, I work hard to get it emoticon emoticon emoticon
