My goal is to exercise at least some everyday, eat better, lose weight and get healthier. I have been having extreme leg/body pain and fatigue. I have been trying to get resolved/diagnosed for a year. I have been to local hospital, famous hopsital couple hours away and Cleveland Clinic where we drove 8 hrs to get to. Next appointment is nerve conduction study. I think the medical field is ridiculous. Yesterday was a good day, I walked and walked. Today I can barely move my arms,legs,neck haha I guess I shouldsay body! . Will try a video today when I get home from work. Extremely frustrating.

The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.

Goals:
1) Figure out how this works. I'm a little confused as to where this stuff is on the site.
2) Work at it! Work out as much as possible, at the very least 3/week but continuing.
3) Look and feel great by June 21st!

Hey, gang. I am excited to get started. My goal for this year is to increase my consistency. I am working to be faithful to increase the following:

Steps ~ I fell behind during the holidays and want to quickly get back to working on 9500 steps average per day and increase from there.

Cardio ~ A doctor gave a "prescription" for walking, so most of my cardio is walking regularly--at least 5 days per week, working up to 1 hour per day in frequent intervals of at least 10 minutes. I also ride my exercise bike on occasion to break the monotony. I am looking forward to getting into the videos here.

Strength / Calisthenics / Pilates ~ I love mixing it up but this is the most difficult area for me where staying faithful to my regimen is concerned. My hope here is to jumpstart my journey to a good regimen again.

So My name is Kayla, I'm a paralegal and bride to be, and I thought this challenge would kick off my plans to be healthier and more fit by the time I walk down the aisle. I have a fitbit flex and new running shoes, and I'm ready to go. Some of the things I'm working on are:

2015 miles in 2015 (partnered with one of my bridesmaids, so technically half that)
Toning muscles
Dropping from 264.4 to 175 by the end of the year.
Finding time to work out during the day

I'd really like to not run out of breath while on our honeymoon (we are totally thinking Disney World), so building up my exercise routine and slimming down is a must :)

The problem is I keep losing my job since being permanent at a bank 3 years ago. I go on these temp assignments do the best I can. And all of a sudden they don't need me anymore. I need the money as much as the people that are permanent there. I am trying to find a working home. Nobody wants to keep me. I help people out, do my job plus whenever someone is out, I help them get caught up. I went on a temp assignment for 9 days in December just to catch them up for the auditors and the Reemployment assistant says I'm not unemployed now I can even get money to survive. emoticon

Hello Teammates!! My name is Angi, and I have joined this challenge in hopes that it will help me to get in shape for my wedding on March 19th! I lost 50 pounds in 2013, putting me within 15 pounds of my goal weight of 115#. I maintained for about a year, but these recent holidays got the better of me and I am now up 6#. I have a total now of 21# to lose, and I am so ready to get it off once and for all, and to create healthy habits that will help me to maintain for the rest of my life. My goal for 2015 is to lose enough weight to comfortably ride every coaster at Universal Studios , Florida! I was fairly sedentary in 2014, so I'm starting slow with 10 to 15 fitness minutes per day, and I'll add additional minutes as I get stronger.

I'm working on losing the 25 pounds that I have gained over the last several years. I'm not comfortable in my clothes, not comfortable in social situations, and not comfortable with where I am physically, so it's time to get back on the nutrition and fitness wagon again. I joined because I need more cardio. I do 3 barre classes a week along with Les Mills Body Pump BUT, after two months I have gained a pound and lost NOTHING!!! I know I need the cardio so I figured this challenge is a good start to adding it in. Good luck to everyone!

Hello, my name is Walte and I'm currently in the middle of trying to lose about 130 lbs. I started last June and have lost 87 lbs. so far, but only 2.5 lbs. in the last 3 weeks. I'm hitting the gym 3-5 times a week and doing 1-2 workouts at home, and sticking to a 1600-2000 calorie diet, but seem to have hit a plateau. I'm looking for a way to get past it and back to losing at least 2 lbs. per week.

Hello all! My name is Jordan and I am here to get a good start on what I hope will be a complete lifestyle change. I like the concept of challenges because it keeps me accountable. I don't want to break my streak! I want to lose weight and get healthy for so many reasons. First, I have two beautiful children and I want to be able to run and play with them like I should be able to. I also want to make sure Im around for their lives and their children. Secondly, I suffer from extremely severe panic disorder, ocd, and health anxiety. I am hoping to reduce my fears of health issues by getting healthier. Finally, my husband and I are trying to conceive our first child together and I want to have a healthy pregnancy as well as increasing my chances for conception. I am starting today at 273 pounds. Hoping to never see those numbers on a scale again!

😍 I would like to introduce myself. I am here for motivation to continue watching my wight during the winter. I am a first time mom to a 17.5 month old and would like to lose and keep the 10 pp pounds off. Every year in the winter monthes i gain wieght and become unhealthy. I have a vacation planned 2 weeks from now. The first long one in a long time since the baby This year, I would like to lose that weight and keep it off and regain some tone in my flabby belly. I am hoping with the excersizes and support from this that I can get there and stay there😁

My challenge is to do my early, early morning fitness plan and then concentrate on my nutrition plan by preparing my own recipes. Slowly but surely. I like schedules and agendas. So I ready to try this....

Hi team!

I love fitness, but then something terrible happened --- winter! emoticon

I live for sunshine, not snowflakes, so I joined this 28-day bootcamp for the video workouts, which can be done inside.

Instead of hibernating, I'll try to get fit every morning, after breakfast.

I hope to work on habit formation - to exercise on a daily basis. I'm fairly good about doing my yoga routine - but now have to add strength and cardio too - and I need both the accountability and the chance to form a more consistent exercise habit.

I am also hoping to increase my metabolic rate somewhat since I am otherwise a somewhat semi-sedentary individual.

My goals:

Get on an exercise streak
Eat better
Lose at least 6 pounds

I really need to get into a routine of eating right and exercising, hoping this will help. I started today with 45 min of walking, after day 1 and day 2 videos, because I know I can't walk this weekend, then I read the rules and realized I could just start on day 5. So tomorrow I am doing day 6 and going from there. I will do day 5 and 6 video though.

I hurt my back almost 2 months ago and was instructed to stop running and doing most exercising and now I am so out of the habit of working out. The holidays are also coming up and I want to be able to eat and enjoy parties without beating myself up. If I'm working out, it will help balance the extra amount of calories that I may eat this month.

The only time I've ever weighed more was when I was pregnant. My knees are starting to bother me. My feet hurt. I'm out of breath really easy. My belly is just in the way! I'm tired of it! So this is my start... Again. I don't want to start over again. I am going to get through this boot camp. And then I'll continue mg journey after this. emoticon

My birthday is Feb. 11th and as a gift to myself I want to lose 20+ pounds by then. My goal for Dec. 2014 is to lose 10 pounds (halfway to my goal).
