I want to kick my habit of exercise back into gear. I want to make sure to drop 10 pounds by January 1, 2015 and I go to the doctor for my annual check-up right before Christmas - I want all my lab results to come back excellent!! emoticon

I was sick for the past 3 days and unable to do exercises (or much of anything). Feeling a bit better today, my revised goal now is to continue and finish Week 3 by Friday. (A bit late, but I'm cutting myself some slack due to stomach flu.)

My goal is to complete this challenge and use it as a jumpstart to get back into exercising and weight loss. I lost 18lbs 3 years ago. I kept it off for 2 years and them started gaining about a year ago, quit smoking about 7 wks ago , and have gained it all back. I would like to lose 5 lbs by the end of this challenge. I began earlier in the week and just realized I needed to state goals as part of the weekly accomplishments. I got extremely motivated this week and had begun doing the strength training portion before I even joined the challenge... I joined just to make it easier to find them!

My goal is to keep motivated in my weight loss journey. I did very well 3 years ago losing 35 pounds only to slowly regain 20 of them back. So here I am working again, and these challenges help to keep me focused.

My goal it to respond daily to this challenge. I am actually doing my own workouts, but will do them for 5 days t least. I would like to get back onto the program and continue to lose 2 pounds a week. I will be starting this tomorrow, weighing in tomorrow, etc. (nov 10). I have lost my motivation and want to regain it.

Read Psalm 25, it is a great Psalm to include in your life every day. Or go to Heart of the Word, and listen to their daily broadcast. Ron Mehl is great, he is no longer living, but truly is here in spirit.

Yikes! I didn't wake up for my morning workout. Ok, let me rephrase that I woke up but, I didn't workout. I kept telling myself that it was ok to have today off and then workout the next two days and rest another then workout the next two days. I'm not sure if that is a good idea. Because I got to the office and I feel like something is missing. emoticon

I'm on Day 5 of week 1, I've completely every video workout each day so far, plus went for a 2.7 km walk(or farther) at 6.4 km/hr each day. So far I have lost 1 lb.

Hi everyone!

I'm Fabi and I'm here to set my goals on paper (figure of speech lol). Well this action is merely to hold myself accountable.

During the next four weeks my goal is to:
1. Complete my daily challenge streak (10 minutes a day);
2. Complete my daily workout (M-S & rest Sunday; still Sunday do at least 10 mions);
3. Be cautions of my calorie intake;
4. At work use my lunch time (30 minutes) to go out and walk instead of just sitting at my desk.
5.Complete my 28 day boot camp workout challenge; and

I started this program 2 years ago and got a trophy. I liked the bootcamp so I am starting over again. I have been going on cruises and the food is so tempting. I have chosen healthier options but more portions than I needed to take in. So I gained 11 lbs from the cruise. I need the accountability Sparkpeople offers and the articles are great. My goal with this challenge is to get back into the habit of doing several 10-15 min of everyday. This works best for me as a mom. It helps me to not be overwhelmed at having to "carve out" an entire hour at once out of my day. I've completed this challenge before, but am back to reestablish a good habit and this challenge is the best one I've found to do that!

My goal is to ultimately lose 50 pounds however I have constantly quit after two weeks of stressing out over what I eat and if I work out. My goal for now will be to go slow, try and do some sort of workout at least 10 minutes each day and hopefully lose 2 pounds per week.

I have many goals, but I'm taking them one at a time. My goal right now is to lose 5 pounds by November 11th. My other goals are to exercise for an hour 5 days a week. To drink at least 8 cups of water a day. To lose weight and gain muscle. To eventually run a 5k (right now I'm just starting out on walking). My goals are based around becoming healthier for my children and teaching them healthy lifestyle habits to take through life.

My goals are to get into a routine of exercising everyday to lose weight and get healthy. I just had a physical and my cholesterol was a little high so I'm trying to incorporate more exercise into my daily activities to lower it along with changes in my diet. I would like to lose 20-30 pounds over the next few months and this should help me kickstart things!

Hi I'm doing the challenge again. I did it once years ago, and it's great to keep me motivated.

Although yesterday slipped in the tub and hit my ribs. I feel better today, but not sure how much I can do until the soreness leaves, so the Boot-camp might have to be postponed for a few more days ... BUT I can still walk!!

for once, motivation is not my issue. This time its energy. My energy varies lately. One day I am full of energy and the next day i am exhausted. I still do the workouts but i really wish that the work out videos would be ones that burn a lot of calories and not ones that burn 40 cals every 10 minutes. I need longer workouts or more intense ones.

I joined this challenge to step up my activity. I have been going to the gym 2 or 3 days a week which helped me loose 20 lbs in 9 months but its been at a plateau for the last 2 months. So hope to increase to 3 to 4 times a week so I will start to loose again

I want to lose weight and get in shape, as well as make eating healthy and exercising part of my normal routine. I think that will set a good influence for my children, since I now have two. I just had a baby in September, and while I'm already back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, I definitely need to lose more. Actually, I was already working on these goals when I found out I was pregnant early this year. Kind of threw off my new year's resolution, but now I'm getting back on it :)

I have never felt more motivated to work out an look good! i have so much energy. i think it has something to do with being vegetarian now! I feel great! I work out everyday and eat healthy thanks to sparkpeople!
