My challenge goals are to walk for at least 30 minutes a day and to do the videos each day. I am hoping the videos will get me back into strength training, which I badly need. It is so crazy to me how quickly I fall off the exercise wagon, despite the fact that exercise makes me feel better.

I'm starting the 28 day bootcamp today. I already walk about a half hour everyday (an hour when I have the time). I'm hoping to gradually increase my strength training, which I've let lag for a long time. I'm also hoping to keep up the healthy food choices I've been working on for the past few weeks. Since I was a little kid, I've always loved to drink water, so that's not a problem.

Well, this was my 3rd time doing this challenge, but I made it through week 1 and I feel really good about my progress - I am down 10 pounds and lost 13.5 inches since January 2015. I did much better with the workout videos this week so I will focus on increasing my cardio (treadmill, videos and walking outdoors) and drinking my water. Looking forward to week 2!

That's wonderful - your message inspired me to make one more visit to the treadmill tonight and to stick with the diet.
Here in the Northeast we had our first warm-ish and sunny day since last fall -- a sure reminder that spring is coming and a really good reason to drop extra weight this month.

Hi Team!

My name is Laurie and I'm inspired to join this group. My goal is simple: lose 1 pound a week from now until September to reach my 30 lb weight loss goal. But since I find that I am really good at maintaining weight and not so good at losing it - I'm finding that being successful with one pound is a challenge.

My best friend is getting married in 36 days! I'm so excited and I took my dress to the tailor today and she had to take 4 inches out which was awesome, but I've got a little pouch that sticks out that I'd like to flatten back. I figure a workout calendar would help me with this. So I'm starting out at 206 pounds and hopefully I'll be down to 190 by the time it rolls around. If anyone else is starting this today and wants to do accountability let me know. GOOD LUCK!

I am struggling bad on my diet and fitness. I have lost almost 40 pounds but have recently gained back 10. I'm joining this 28 day boot camp challenge to help re-motivate me. I can't seem to break through the glum of the winter and I am so tired of my workout videos I have at home. Blah! It is so hard for me to lose weight it seems so I don't want to gain it all back. I just can't seem to get back on track between homeschooling, college and life itself. I'm hoping this will help me on the fitness side of things.

I am restarting this challenge because I need something that I can follow and affirm to everyday. I gained back some weight and I don't want to keep going in that direction. I am doing this challenge again because it works! I need to lose 12 to 15 pounds now to get to goal. I want to weight 130 (at least) by the end of this challenge! My current weight is133.4. I am increasing the workouts and putting forth more effort! Eating healthy and weighing and measuring all my intake. Tracking my workouts and being accountable!

My goal is to exercise at least some everyday, eat better, lose weight and get healthier. I have been having extreme leg/body pain and fatigue. I have been trying to get resolved/diagnosed for a year. I have been to local hospital, famous hopsital couple hours away and Cleveland Clinic where we drove 8 hrs to get to. Next appointment is nerve conduction study. I think the medical field is ridiculous. Yesterday was a good day, I walked and walked. Today I can barely move my arms,legs,neck haha I guess I shouldsay body! . Will try a video today when I get home from work. Extremely frustrating.

The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.

My goal is actually complete a challenge. I've started so many times before but have never actually finished one. This time I want to finish. I would like to be successful in exercising 30 minutes a day 5 times a week by the end of this challenge!

Goals:
1) Figure out how this works. I'm a little confused as to where this stuff is on the site.
2) Work at it! Work out as much as possible, at the very least 3/week but continuing.
3) Look and feel great by June 21st!

Hey, gang. I am excited to get started. My goal for this year is to increase my consistency. I am working to be faithful to increase the following:

Steps ~ I fell behind during the holidays and want to quickly get back to working on 9500 steps average per day and increase from there.

Cardio ~ A doctor gave a "prescription" for walking, so most of my cardio is walking regularly--at least 5 days per week, working up to 1 hour per day in frequent intervals of at least 10 minutes. I also ride my exercise bike on occasion to break the monotony. I am looking forward to getting into the videos here.

Strength / Calisthenics / Pilates ~ I love mixing it up but this is the most difficult area for me where staying faithful to my regimen is concerned. My hope here is to jumpstart my journey to a good regimen again.

My challenge goals are to continue working out 5 days a week, but to increase the intensity and time to 45 min. to 1 hour. I also want to significantly decrease the junk food/processed food that I eat.

So My name is Kayla, I'm a paralegal and bride to be, and I thought this challenge would kick off my plans to be healthier and more fit by the time I walk down the aisle. I have a fitbit flex and new running shoes, and I'm ready to go. Some of the things I'm working on are:

2015 miles in 2015 (partnered with one of my bridesmaids, so technically half that)
Toning muscles
Dropping from 264.4 to 175 by the end of the year.
Finding time to work out during the day

I'd really like to not run out of breath while on our honeymoon (we are totally thinking Disney World), so building up my exercise routine and slimming down is a must :)

Can't wait to get to know everyone better
