1: Get a jump start on weight loss.
2: Get a schedule set.
3: Make better eating choices.

I started this challenge some time ago and got to week 4, but didn't finish it.
So, my goals are :

1/ To complete this challenge, week 1 through to week 4
2/ To be active every day for 30 mins for four weeks
3/ To eat healthy all of those days and be super mindful of what I am eating and how much
4/ To continue working my recovery alongside this challenge (I'm bulimic) and ready to feel healthier and happier!
5/ To try new things each day and keep it fun!

I want to become more consistent with my Exercise Routine and Eating Healthier.

1. Exercise Daily (30 minutes or more)
2. Try other Spark Workout Videos @ least 3 times
3. Repeat the Bootcamp Workout Videos @ least 3 times
4. Take the stairs at work
5. Eat within my calorie range

This looks like so much fun! I was looking for something to keep me moving throughout the day and this is perfect!! I lost 3 lbs my first week on SP and wanted to bump it up and challenge myself to do something different.
I've only done the first day workout and really loved it. Can't wait till tomorrow!

My goal is to work out more often. I'm trying to wedge this workout first thing in the morning before work. It's my best shot at being able to actively schedule a workout time... I'm also trying to use my juicer and blender more to replace a meal a day with a juice, smoothie or shake.

My goal for this challenge is to get back into working out every day and to finish what I start. I have attempted this challenge a few times in the past and for whatever reason have gotten tired, stressed, and ended up stopping after 2.5 ish weeks. This time I hope to finish the entire challenge and sign up for it again and finish it again.

My goal for this challenge is to get back into working out daily. I'm hoping that by joining the challenge, I will meet this goal. I will log my workouts each day to show myself that it is possible and remind myself how easy it is and how much better I feel when I do exercise. My second goal is to cook more meals at home again. I fell out of that habit and started getting more frozen foods or eating out when I "didn't feel like cooking."

Challenge Goals
1. Commit to morning workouts daily (less excuses).
2. Drink at least 105 oz of water daily (half my body weight).
3. Journaling and Inspirational Reading daily (encourage myself).
4. Focus on dropping 2 pounds a week (less eating and more moving).

Hi! I'm Vikki and over the next 28 days I'm hoping to see a lot of changes. Not only body shape and size, but also increased energy, improved sleep, and just feeling better all around.

For this challenge I want to get active every day - even if it's just a quick walk with my dog.
I want to make healthier choices when the option presents itself 80% of the time.

I think these are good places to start and once I have completed the next four weeks I will come up with new ones!

My goal is lose 15 pounds and at least get back down to 137 pounds. In the last 2 years I have gained about 50 pounds. It shows in mainly in my belly and I would like to get my belly fat down. It would be great if I can keep exercising 7 days a week until I reach my goal. Eventually, I would like to get down to 130 pounds and exercising regularly

Hello everybody!!!!!!!! well i am here because i am super tired of being overweight i relay want to lose weight im tired of saying i want to but do anything about it until today there is a contest at my work of loosing weight a 3 months long whoever loose more weight will win $500 but i realy dont care if i lose i joint because i want to lose weight and i have to start somewhere i will post pics soon i am at work now my goal is to weight 175 i currently weight 343 pounds and my nearest goal is lose 50 pounds.well ill tell you guys more later !!!!!
