My goal is to gain some muscle and add some toning exercises to my cardio workouts everyday. I walk around my little town or do the Leslie Sansone walks 5 days a week and I want to add some toning/strengthening exercises to my workout.

My goal is to work out more often. I'm trying to wedge this workout first thing in the morning before work. It's my best shot at being able to actively schedule a workout time... I'm also trying to use my juicer and blender more to replace a meal a day with a juice, smoothie or shake.

My goal for this challenge is to get back into working out every day and to finish what I start. I have attempted this challenge a few times in the past and for whatever reason have gotten tired, stressed, and ended up stopping after 2.5 ish weeks. This time I hope to finish the entire challenge and sign up for it again and finish it again.

My goal for this challenge is to get back into working out daily. I'm hoping that by joining the challenge, I will meet this goal. I will log my workouts each day to show myself that it is possible and remind myself how easy it is and how much better I feel when I do exercise. My second goal is to cook more meals at home again. I fell out of that habit and started getting more frozen foods or eating out when I "didn't feel like cooking."

Challenge Goals
1. Commit to morning workouts daily (less excuses).
2. Drink at least 105 oz of water daily (half my body weight).
3. Journaling and Inspirational Reading daily (encourage myself).
4. Focus on dropping 2 pounds a week (less eating and more moving).

Hi! I'm Vikki and over the next 28 days I'm hoping to see a lot of changes. Not only body shape and size, but also increased energy, improved sleep, and just feeling better all around.

For this challenge I want to get active every day - even if it's just a quick walk with my dog.
I want to make healthier choices when the option presents itself 80% of the time.

I think these are good places to start and once I have completed the next four weeks I will come up with new ones!

My goal is lose 15 pounds and at least get back down to 137 pounds. In the last 2 years I have gained about 50 pounds. It shows in mainly in my belly and I would like to get my belly fat down. It would be great if I can keep exercising 7 days a week until I reach my goal. Eventually, I would like to get down to 130 pounds and exercising regularly

My goal is to find a work out I can easily do from home and to finally stick with something long enough to see results. When I am working out it is easier to remind myself to eat healthy so I don't waste all of my hard work. My challenge goals are to walk for at least 30 minutes a day and to do the videos each day. I am hoping the videos will get me back into strength training, which I badly need. It is so crazy to me how quickly I fall off the exercise wagon, despite the fact that exercise makes me feel better.

I'm starting the 28 day bootcamp today. I already walk about a half hour everyday (an hour when I have the time). I'm hoping to gradually increase my strength training, which I've let lag for a long time. I'm also hoping to keep up the healthy food choices I've been working on for the past few weeks. Since I was a little kid, I've always loved to drink water, so that's not a problem.

Well, this was my 3rd time doing this challenge, but I made it through week 1 and I feel really good about my progress - I am down 10 pounds and lost 13.5 inches since January 2015. I did much better with the workout videos this week so I will focus on increasing my cardio (treadmill, videos and walking outdoors) and drinking my water. Looking forward to week 2!

That's wonderful - your message inspired me to make one more visit to the treadmill tonight and to stick with the diet.
Here in the Northeast we had our first warm-ish and sunny day since last fall -- a sure reminder that spring is coming and a really good reason to drop extra weight this month.

Hi Team!

My name is Laurie and I'm inspired to join this group. My goal is simple: lose 1 pound a week from now until September to reach my 30 lb weight loss goal. But since I find that I am really good at maintaining weight and not so good at losing it - I'm finding that being successful with one pound is a challenge.

My best friend is getting married in 36 days! I'm so excited and I took my dress to the tailor today and she had to take 4 inches out which was awesome, but I've got a little pouch that sticks out that I'd like to flatten back. I figure a workout calendar would help me with this. So I'm starting out at 206 pounds and hopefully I'll be down to 190 by the time it rolls around. If anyone else is starting this today and wants to do accountability let me know. GOOD LUCK!

I am struggling bad on my diet and fitness. I have lost almost 40 pounds but have recently gained back 10. I'm joining this 28 day boot camp challenge to help re-motivate me. I can't seem to break through the glum of the winter and I am so tired of my workout videos I have at home. Blah! It is so hard for me to lose weight it seems so I don't want to gain it all back. I just can't seem to get back on track between homeschooling, college and life itself. I'm hoping this will help me on the fitness side of things.

In the past, weight training was a favorite activity of mine. For some reason, I still love cardio, but can't get motivated to do weight training. I think this challenge will help me get started, which is often the hardest part.

My goal is to add different exercises to my cycling adventures. I've been building muscle and losing fat but the scale isn't moving much at all, even though the tape measurer is showing results. I'd like to lose 1lb a week and see it on the scale.

My goals for this week are to do at least 5 days of cardio and aerobic exercise. My mini goal is to lose 11 lbs. Adding cardio this week can help me reach my goal. I am setting little goals in hopes of achieving my ideal goal weight. emoticon

Hello Everyone!

My goal for this week is to start a routine and stick with it. I want to do the video and some cardio everyday. Even if it is only a ten minute video.

I also want to log my food everyday and log it correctly. Normally I just stop logging once I know I have gone over, so I want to really see what I am eating.

My goals are to look and feel healthy, by losing 50 pounds. That seems like a lot to me and the sound of 50 pounds overwhelms me. So I am going to make small steps that will add up to that ultimate 50 pound goal.

I have been tracking calories regularly for about a month now, so I have successfully formed that habit. My next goal, and my goal for this challenge, is to now add the fitness piece. I've been sort of casually working out, but I want to formalize my workout plans and follow a routine. I also hope to lose about 5 lbs through the next month. SW/CW: 185.2, GW: 180
