for once, motivation is not my issue. This time its energy. My energy varies lately. One day I am full of energy and the next day i am exhausted. I still do the workouts but i really wish that the work out videos would be ones that burn a lot of calories and not ones that burn 40 cals every 10 minutes. I need longer workouts or more intense ones.

I joined this challenge to step up my activity. I have been going to the gym 2 or 3 days a week which helped me loose 20 lbs in 9 months but its been at a plateau for the last 2 months. So hope to increase to 3 to 4 times a week so I will start to loose again

I want to lose weight and get in shape, as well as make eating healthy and exercising part of my normal routine. I think that will set a good influence for my children, since I now have two. I just had a baby in September, and while I'm already back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, I definitely need to lose more. Actually, I was already working on these goals when I found out I was pregnant early this year. Kind of threw off my new year's resolution, but now I'm getting back on it :)

I have never felt more motivated to work out an look good! i have so much energy. i think it has something to do with being vegetarian now! I feel great! I work out everyday and eat healthy thanks to sparkpeople!

My boot camp goals are:
1) Get at least 10,000 steps in, seven days in a row.
2) Start adding new things to my workouts (yesterday I tried Yoga and Pilates)
3) Cardio five times per week
4) Two days of strength training.

Another newbie! I'm starting today. I was working on a walk to 5k program but developed major shin splints. I thought this would be a great way to stay active along with the cycle and get into good shape. My week 1 goal is to lose 2 lbs. I'm really looking forward to another place to keep me accountable. My mom was just diagnosed with pre-diabetes, & my cousin has hernias. I'm obese and I need to get this under control. I need support that I'm really not getting from my family, so I'm coming here for it.
