Hello all,

I have been busy with another team where they have made me a co leader. I will catch up on the post over the weekend. I am happy to say that I have lost 2 pounds this week. I also was able to wear a XL top for the first time in ages. It really made me proud. I was able to do 30 minutes of heavy cleaning today as well as walk for 20 minutes while out with clients.

things are busy but going well. I pray they are going well with all of you I plan to continue my exercise by starting to do 80 minutes of strength training a week as well as increase my cardio to 270 minutes a week starting on Sunday. I plan to do my weight training twice a week at the Y and one at home. I will continue to pursue doing circuit training.

Finished the 4 weeks ok. I am much more aware of doing at least 10 minutes of moving EVERY day. So, the challenge was a success.
Rheumy doc gave me a new RX to help with my muscle pain. I'm going to give it a week to begin to settle in, then I am going to renew the challenge.
I'm committed to making this happen! emoticon

Overall, I'm pleased with my 10 minutes a day... this I have done. But I am not satisfied with my using the Wii each day.
So, I am going to attempt continue to gain ground in consistency using the Wii, even after I am done with the challenge.
I'm going to try to go for a streak of 30 days in a row... again! I'll succeed at some point!
I CAN DO IT!

The past week was good... I got in exercise every day, although not always my Wii. Yesterday I used the Wii for 15 minutes.
My RA is flaring, and there is a lot of pain. So I am improvising when possible... my Sonicare toothbrush, when in the whitening mode, runs for 2 minutes and 30 secnds. So, I walk in place as I brush in the am and pm... DH has decided I have lost it! But it is 5 minutes more movement than I was doing...LOL! I think it is a good habit. Movement IS movement! I am going to try to walk in place every time I have the chance.
I timed this challenge to coincide with my getting the new Spark Solutions book... it was shipped today!
