I have finished week 4. Worked out for all 7 days. Will continue to work out 7 day a week. Monday - Friday gym, Sat, Sun yoga at home. Still can't do yoga at the gym, I fall over to much (no balance). Part of plan is to make it to a three minute downward dog. Then on to standing tree. Then a yoga class at the gym.
