Thanks guys. I know your supposed to take a break. I worked different muscles those two days. The first day was abs, arms and back. The second day was legs. My body was just not used to it at all! I was in the military so I did a lot of the exercises they used to torture us with in basic training (Flutter Kicks) LOL. Kicked my butt, but I loved it!
Today I was so sore from all the strength training I did the past two days. It was so hard to get moving! I told myself... just 10 minutes on your bike. I ended up doing 30, then did 15 minutes of yoga to stretch my sore muscles. I feel much better!
