Thanks guys. I know your supposed to take a break. I worked different muscles those two days. The first day was abs, arms and back. The second day was legs. My body was just not used to it at all! I was in the military so I did a lot of the exercises they used to torture us with in basic training (Flutter Kicks) LOL. Kicked my butt, but I loved it!

Lets do this!

You do need to take a break in between strength training. Rest a bit. emoticon

You should only strength train every other day. Your muscles need time to repair. When you strength train you make tiny rips in the muscle. They need awhile to heal.

Today is the frist day of the rest of your life make it count.

Today I was so sore from all the strength training I did the past two days. It was so hard to get moving! I told myself... just 10 minutes on your bike. I ended up doing 30, then did 15 minutes of yoga to stretch my sore muscles. I feel much better!

Lets do this!
