That is okay. I am still trying to accompalish week 1.
Old habits die hard, but new ones can be equally challenging to encorporate into your life. The goal is a healthy life style, not a race to see who gets through the fastest only to leave the lessons learnt behind.

Well I'm starting week four, for the second time. Last week was really difficult. I was sick, work was short staffed... I was basically a walking zombie lol. I feel much better today. Just finished a 30 minute bike ride. Gonna do yoga when my son takes a nap. I didn't lose any weight last week, but I did maintain. That is the hardest part for me. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!
