Whoops, I forgot to post my long term goals. I plan to continue to build on what I have started, fitting in opportunities to move and breathe at every opportunity.
I am trying new things -- yoga for "recovery" days and continued building of the cardio. If I have to throw on a heavy backpack for going on walks, I guess I will! LOL. Honestly, this has been so fun I can't imagine stopping!
I have also set a goal of doing a 5k walk/run in April -- the one that kicks off our season here -- and have enlisted quite a few friends to join in with me.
