I am proud of myself, as I have exercised 34 days in a row. And 30 of those days I ran at least 1 mile. My next goal is to continue the streak but want to increase time from 12 minutes to 20 each day (1.5 miles ran or some other exercise). I did this during Christmas holiday so I should be able to continue this.
Kathy I will believe in ME! If I have to fake it until I make it.
Been able to work out every day generally for longer then ten and I like to be able to check off all my goal boxes. So now starting my last week I'm down 4 lbs since I started, my goal for after this challenge is just to keep it up and continue working out everyday. I've taken many big steps forward but there's still a long way to go
Things can only get better from here

I've been a Sparky since April but I've only started blogging since the start of this challenge. I read that the people who keeps to their goals are those who interact on the community pages, so I joined up. I must say I've enjoyed reading all your comments and it makes me feel part of a community with the same goals. I guess they were right, it does help to be a part of the Spark-community! Thanks for all of you!

Week 4 came so fast! When I started this challange, I was hoping to find motivation to work out at least 10 minutes a day. Now I do 20 to 30 a day...not much but a definite improvement over the nothing I was doing before. I am learning to like exercize and like I read on another post, if I don't do it, I miss it! This challange has been great for increasing motivation and I'm so glad I joined it!
