my long term goal is to try to get 30 min of exercise in 5 days a week and at least 10 min every day.

My long term goal is to get up to 30-minutes per day 5 days a week. I'm achieving the 30 minutes 3x per week thus far, and will continue with the 10-minutes on the other two. Slowly, but surely I'm building a habit! :-)
