emoticon I've noticed that too. In just 3 weeks, working out and stretching afterwards and dramatically increased my flexibility and I've noticed certain workouts getting easier!

I feel the same way. Funny how I never had time or energy to exercise before! After taking the ten minute challenge, I find that I'm walking farther, longer, and more frequently.

I have recently moved to a new state. Now that I am walking, I meet other women who walk and we are occasionally walking together. It's been a great way to meet new people.

I'm going to keep this simple...every day that I exercise (even if it is for 10 minutes), I feel better. My body feels awake and limber. I'm more energetic and I don't feel as stressed. I love it!
