This week four is hard and I'm doing my exercise and trying to find ways to feel better.
I got want to do it and do this for me. My mind is in battle and my body is at war. I'm in battle with myself and if I can over come myself than I can over come it all and do it one day at a time, let it go and get one step closer to my goal.

So it seems - now that school has started again - getting in my daily walks isn't so easy. At least this week while getting the kids and I regulated to the new schedule, it has been difficult to fit more than 3 minutes in at a time. But I have been doing a few of those a day. I have definitely made it a point to park FAR from anything on my campus, as well as parking near, and taking the stairs of death (there are about 75 steps in one shot) to get inside. But it looks like the most movement I will be getting all week is on the weekends when I can get to the park. So there are no excuses (except torrential downpour) not to go, because it will be pretty much the only thing that counts every week lol I will just have to make it a point to walk for 2 hours, instead of just one :/
These are my goals. This is my plan. Hopefully things will settle in a week or so, so that I can get something substantial done during the week too.
