Wtg in the 15 and doing week 4,Maybe starting over myself I still have alot of areas to work on and no I am not ready to bump up my time daily yet as my hips and legs i should say arent.

I pulled out my Tae Bo tape and did 15 mins of that this morning. And I am surprised that it was not hard that first 15 min of the tape. Trying to get different things into my routine so I do not get board with it.
