Week 4 is about over for me and I really enjoyed this team and challenge. I am sleeping better and also enjoying my walks each day.

I have registered for two upcoming races/walks.

My long-term goals will always include 10 minutes or more of exercising 5 days a week.

The SP Video workouts with Coach Nicole were wonderful. It's like having your own private coach to workout with you at home.

This challenged got me in patterns of looking for ways to squeeze in just a little bit more exercise. It also made me research SparkPeople's resources (videos for example).

Life needs balance

Each week my weight management program is getting better. I have incorporated good exercise and eating habits into my program, more each day. I'm on a roll.

I've got a lot of energy and really feel good in the morning getting out of bed without all the sluggishness and aching knees.

I look forward to doing exercises and planning daily and weekly menus.

This is the start of Week 4. I enjoyed the 10 minutes of exercise each day of this challenge. I feel more energized and get more done during the day.

My program today: 30 mins: Walk, Yardwork and Power Yoga
15 mins: Strength Training and Cardio in a Crunch
10 mins: Fit, Firm and Fired Up Lower Body Blast

This wk is wk4 for me of course. I faithfully do my 10 minutes. It keeps me from getting stiff on my off days.

Move forward and remember small successes are mild-stones to a bigger picture
