I stuck to it and found that exercising 10 minutes a day was a lot easier than I thought. I found that I love circuit training, biking to work, and swimming. I still don't like jogging, but some days when I'm feeling ambitious I do it.
If you shoot for ten, it's easy to do twenty! My goal is simply to continue, to aim for ten minutes a day, alternating circuit training or biking with days of yoga and stretching.
