This is going to be a long post because there is such a change just by doing 10 mins a day. First my new goals. I was thinking about this yesterday. I am very proud of my streak. I was also thinking about what Spark Guy said in his book and how just 10 mins consistently changed his life & that of others around him. I was skeptical at first. I really thought that it had to be the requires 20 mins of heart elevation plus warm up and cool downs to get any benefit. That was my folly. A big thing is that I got sick this month, with a stomach bug. Normally, I'd have not worked out at all because of the length of time that I thought was required, but not this time. I did some weights in the evening when I was no longer nauseous and then went back to the couch :) Also, during this month I fell so much better and so much stronger and my knees have not been hurting. It's awesome. Twice I went to walk around the renaissance faire grounds and both times had no problem and no pain after. Amazing. My fave sessions are. Weight lifting Coaches 10 min work out Walking around new places New Goals: consistently work out at least 10 mins 5-7 times a week for 1 full year. Gradually increase my work outs to 60 mins Eventually incorporate yoga Continue to find fun ways to exercise ie: got to fairs, play sports, & garden Thank you again for this challenge and what you've taught me.
