I finished the challenge. I am now exercising 15 to 30 a day. I have added some strength training and even tried jogging. I want to continue with it. I want to work up to doing a 3k walk. Thank you for having the challenge.

Although I was away from home and had no internet access for most of the last month, I was able to complete my 10 Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge! I have exceeded my expectations and I can feel and see a new me showing up!
