I feel kind of crappy, because for the past 4 days or so, I've been really lazy. Haven't done much at all. Just other things coming up, but I still could have done some Wii Fit, but chose not too. Been kind of eating crappy lately too. Stayed mainly within my calorie range yesterday. Not too bad. I have been slacking on my water & vitamins too. I was feeling so much better. I have my gym clothes with me today...so I'll get back to working out.
Gotta get back on track & not dwell on the negative so much.
