It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Not so good this morning. I woke all stiff and achey. Previously I would have not done any execise on such a bad start But today I thought I MUST do 10 mins for the challenge. So I concentrated on stretching and easing stiff limbs and muscles. Nothing too active, we have to listen to our bodies.
I am going for an eye test this afternoon. Its quite a walk from car park to opticians so that will be another 20 mins exercise. I wont give in! keep going Ree emoticon

I am stil with you. Upped my organised exercise to 25 mins now and fit in a few more as I can over the day. Its just me no machines or equipment. Ree emoticon

Day 3 - Walked the entire circumference and down the middle isle of Target

Day 4 - Used the Exerciser 2000 Elite for 16 mins
