Not so good this morning. I woke all stiff and achey. Previously I would have not done any execise on such a bad start But today I thought I MUST do 10 mins for the challenge. So I concentrated on stretching and easing stiff limbs and muscles. Nothing too active, we have to listen to our bodies. I am going for an eye test this afternoon. Its quite a walk from car park to opticians so that will be another 20 mins exercise. I wont give in! keep going Ree
