I plan to continue exercising a minimum of 10 minutes a day every day. At least 3 days a week I hope to exercise 20-30 minutes. Walking and strength training will be the mainstays of my exercise program. Eventually (by summer) I hope to give up some of my responsibilities at work so I can join our neighborhood water aerobics class that meets for an hour twice a week.
