It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Today is my last day of this challenge. I am so pround of myself because I didn't quit after the first week - or sooner. I missed one day - yesterday - due to asthsma problem, but I'm not giving up. As a matter of fact, I'm going to sign up for the 7-Day Bootcamp Workout Plan today to step things up a bit. Thank you SparkPeople for this challenge. It's just what I needed.
