Woke up late today again. Got in 35 min though. Pushed my coffee button and started my workout before I even was awake. Didn't get online this morning cuz I needed my exercise instead. YAY ME!!!
Yesterday I made plenty of walks down to shipping and the mill. Had a few issues that needed addressed and I had to go there to fix them. Bathroom breaks are still goofy with me doing wall pushups and jumping jacks. LOL Gotta have a little fun during the day right?
Proud of myself!!! My hubby asked me last night why I get up so early now and I told him to get a workout in. He said to wake him up and hed do one with me but I just can't see him going to bed at midnight and getting up at 5 am. He is so silly but made me smile when he said it.
Woke up late this morning but still got in 20 min this morning. I was laying there not wanting to get up for another 45 min but thought I wanted that morning workout in. So .... I got up and got in a partial one.
I cant say it any better than the emoticons. But Congrats on quitting the smokes. I quit 8 years ago and still have the worst time around my anniversary month! Keep up the great work on working out! jean

. Ten little minutes add up and it does feel good to finish something. I am almost done with the challenge. I never did regular crunches before i started this challenge but now I look forward to doing them for 10 min. Good luck with week 4.

Starting week 4 so far so good. I have continued to get in my AM Wii workouts with alternating my Golds Gym Cardio Boxing and Golds Gym Dance.
This morning I have also done some wall push ups. Its raining outside now so I'm going to walk around the plant for a bit on break. I have a hard time at lunch now that I have free time since I quit smoking. So why not??
This is the best little challenge I've done and it has kept me accountable and moving even when I didn't want to move. But now I get up in the mornings easier looking forward to my workouts.
