This is day 1 of Week 4! Where has the time gone? In Week 1, I committed to walking/jogging for at least 10 minutes a day. I have been consistent with this over the last 3 weeks. I plan on keeping to that plan for the rest of this week as well. I have managed to not only walk for 10 minutes daily, I am getting another 50 minutes of cardio in almost every day!
My long term goal fitness goal? My son has CF, and I want to be able to join a team and raise money in various walk-a-thons across GA. Most of them are around 5k, so I guess I'll be training for that. I am by no means a runner, I have weak ankles and bad hips. I think my weight loss will improve my physical condition so that I am able to do meet this goal.

Goals for the month:
Fitness: 30 minutes of aerobics daily
30 minutes of strength training every other day.
Nutrition: Less than 1500 calories and 50 grams of fat per day.
Water: AT LEAST 64 ounces per day.
