My last day of Week 4 was Tuesday but I have something to yell, lol: I lost 2 pounds this past week! I've gained and lost over and over but I haven't lost 2 pounds before. I'm keeping up my 10 minute challenge, which has turned into 30 minutes most days. I'm watching what I eat and drinking more water----I'm so excited that it's finally working. Better late than never. Don't give up if the scale isn't moving. It will eventually!

Yesterday was emoticon .

My menu looked like this:

Breakfast: banana and grapes
Lunch: Salad with black beans, feta, veggie rice, mushrooms, carrots, pecans, & red wine vinaigrette dressing
Dinner: Moe's Closer Salad with tofu and no dressing (just the pico and guacamole)
Snacks: grapes, peaches, rice chips

My extra exercise was walking on the AASU campus. I hung out with our campus ministry last night.

Its not that we will ever stop learningits just that we have to start using the tools in our everyday lives, as opposed to conducting an ongoing search to fix ourselves.

So, this week I have started a new phase to my journey. I am focusing on eating clean and bumping up my cardio.

So far this is what I have done for this challenge:
Saturday: actually just vegged out
Sunday: played Badminton (it was awesome)
Monday: spent 6 hours shopping around town (walked from one end of the mall to another, walked around Bed, Bath and Beyond, the health food store, and Wally World (Walmart))
