My menu looked like this:
Breakfast: banana and grapes
Lunch: Salad with black beans, feta, veggie rice, mushrooms, carrots, pecans, & red wine vinaigrette dressing
Dinner: Moe's Closer Salad with tofu and no dressing (just the pico and guacamole)
Snacks: grapes, peaches, rice chips
My extra exercise was walking on the AASU campus. I hung out with our campus ministry last night.
