on the weight loss! I understand being tired & getting out of the routine you are used to. I find it harder to do what I do during the week on the weekends. I do find that when I don't feel like exercising because I'm tired just getting out to go for a walk helps a lot. Helps de-stress and makes me feel better. Good luck - keep up the good work!

Congratulations on the 4 pound loss! That is great. On the days that you are tired and really don't want to exercise, try doing one of Coach Nicole's cardio videos. Most of them are 10 minutes long including the stretching. If you can't do exactly what she is doing, that's okay...just march. In no time you'll be done and you'll probably get a little energy. Try it, you'll like it!

First for the big news.... I LOST 4 LBS THIS WEEK!!!!! I'm now at 190 lbs. I haven't seen 190 lbs on my scale for 6 months and now it's there and I'm shocked and thrilled!!! Despite the fact that I've been battling depression this week, and I've missed 2 days of exercise, I've also been tracking calories and getting out as much as I can. I guess all the work is starting to pay off. Now that the kids are out of school for the summer, our schedule has changed and I think that's part of my issue. I'm too exhausted and depressed to get up for a run at 7am before the kids get up. Then I spend the morning getting kids up, washed, dressed, chores done, then I tutor them for an hour so they don't lose any school skills over the summer. By the time lunch is over and the kitchen cleaned up, I'm exhausted and cranky. All I want to do is lay on the couch! I don't like the way I feel and I'm not sure how to change it. I'm not meant to be a stay-at-home-mom! I work part time as a tutor. Next week I've got one session each day and hopefully I'll be getting more students over the summer. That should ease some of the stress for me. Losing 4 lbs this week gives me some hope and motivation to keep going. And you guys really help me, too!!!
