and quite impressed by the looks of my Summary Calendar. Every single day this month has a calorie intake, a calorie burn, and a # of fitness minutes. That is just awesome to me! Wow! :-) This was just the best challenge I could have picked to get me started at Spark. :-) Oh, and I think I might do the 28 day boot camp next month. I am just impressed with how well I not only kept up, but just went beyond the 10! Whoot for me!! (PS Will find out tomorrow what the loss is, I sofar for June have only lost 1lb, mostly because of a bad water gain week and not weighing in another)
