I ordered a Bellicon rebounder...it came Friday. I've used it in short bursts, several times a day to build up time on it, working towards the 10 minute beginner routine. They said to do that over a week. I'm nearly there now. Today one of my sessions was 7 minutes. It's fun and when I'm finished, I feel like I've been working much longer. It's amazing how it works you. And it's fun at the same time!
Tomorrow (Monday) I'll do more of that and go back and do a Leslie Sansone routine, too.
