Love walking. Went from 45minutes to an hour. Today I only walked 50 minutes.

Today's plan is a short walk this morning and then in a lawn bowling tournament - nice and easy walking back and forth on a beautiful green on a beautiful day with wonderful friends. My kind of exercise!

my goal is the next week I keep walking back and forth to school with my daughter and the next week I will add more. I need to get back to walking 4 miles a day!
