It is very small, and I can wear it on campus, but it keeps flipping to KM rather than miles. I don't understand why. GRRR. I have trouble flipping it back.

I love the idea of a pedometer but stopped using mine when the battery died years ago. Do you wear yours to classes? Is it easily concealable? I've been thinking about getting my batteries replaced and wearing mine again because I am curious as to how many steps I am taking around campus.... I would love to hear your experiences (once you stop fighting with yours anyway emoticon ).

Today is golf day. Even with a card you can get in a lot of steps. Then I'll just walk to get to 10K. A fun way of getting in steps.

I found that if I could put some time aside that I could get a lot of steps in. 15 to 30 minutes will give you a lot.

I love walking. I have tried to find new ways to add more steps to my day. I have parked on the other side of campus, walking short distances when there was not much time.
