You're doing great. But that's 70 more steps - not 40. Well done!

day 5

Suddenly it hit me this morning, I feel fitter and was able to do things that I couldn't do two week ago.

The rowing machine doesn't get any easier but the exercise bike clocked up more Km's than last week. But the two things I did notice was that I did 40 more steps on the aerobic step (494 instead of 424). The treadmill I started at 9.5km instead of 7.5 and kept it going until the end.
245 cals on my run before breakfast and 426 on my circuit .

I can now have tomorrow off and Saturday finish my weekly 30 mile walk, then start week four on Sunday.

Good luck to you all

Day 3
Ran most of the the 2,5 miles first thing this morning. Better that I have done in the past. I am down to 29 minutes now from 35. No wind makes it a lot easier.

This afternoon ST which is something that I forget about most weeks. I am trying to make this part of my fitness training.

Cut down all exercises so as to maintain something at the end of the week.

Day 2

Still going strong but today I cut nearly two minutes off of my 2.5 mile walk run. This was surprising as just after I got started my HM started to play up. While running it was showing a very low HR (55 bpm). It went back to normal after a minute or so. then a little later it did the same and went back to normal.

When I started my circuit it did it on the rowing machine twice. Then it was ok right up to the end. I can't see that the battery is at fault because it says that it will last 4 years and I have not had it two month yet.

A good start

Week 3 day one

I tried the video but could not get my HR up above 80 so carried on with what I was doing last week but added a 6k Kettlebell to the circuit.

First thing I went for a 2.5 mile run / walk. This sets me up for my breakfast.

Then a little later I started my circuit with a 10 minute row, moving on to the exercise bike with a 30 second easy ride and then a one minute sprint for 10 minutes. 418 step ups on the aerobic step and then fitted the kettlebell in with 3 exercises for 10 to 15 reps.

The treadmill was next with a 10 minute run and a 10 minute slowdown.
Off to a good start this week with about 1 1/2 hours start
Total burn was around 700+
