Week 3 day one
I tried the video but could not get my HR up above 80 so carried on with what I was doing last week but added a 6k Kettlebell to the circuit.
First thing I went for a 2.5 mile run / walk. This sets me up for my breakfast.
Then a little later I started my circuit with a 10 minute row, moving on to the exercise bike with a 30 second easy ride and then a one minute sprint for 10 minutes. 418 step ups on the aerobic step and then fitted the kettlebell in with 3 exercises for 10 to 15 reps.
The treadmill was next with a 10 minute run and a 10 minute slowdown.
Off to a good start this week with about 1 1/2 hours start
Total burn was around 700+
