I'm finding that establishing a habit is a mind game... but if it is fun, it WILL get done! I love bowling... I would do it every day if I had the money and time. The Wii is there waiting every day... using the Fit Advanced Step really does help my joints. It helps keep the pain away if I use it every morning. So why do I resist what works? Perhaps I need to focus less on WHAT game I play, and more on just playing something each morning... every morning. Doesn't have to be the AdStep... movement IS movement!
