I'm finding that establishing a habit is a mind game... but if it is fun, it WILL get done! I love bowling... I would do it every day if I had the money and time. The Wii is there waiting every day... using the Fit Advanced Step really does help my joints. It helps keep the pain away if I use it every morning. So why do I resist what works? Perhaps I need to focus less on WHAT game I play, and more on just playing something each morning... every morning. Doesn't have to be the AdStep... movement IS movement!
See! Writing out things often offers a solution! LOL!

I've had at least 10 minutes of movement each day. I used the Wii 15 minutes yesterday, and then went bowling for 90 minutes. The main habit want to establish is using the Wii daily. It helps me get my body going each morning!
