Hi Everybody!
I hope you all are enjoying your Saturday! It's soo beautiful outside! Ok sooo Ohhh Man that outdoor Workout Class was extreme! At first everybody was talking saying Hi etc! And than the Guy tells us to go up the Stairs and I'm like okay and there's lots of stairs so I get up to the top and than he tells us to start Running I'm like Omg wait a minute I was not ready to Run this morning! So I run and I get to the end and than we doing Squats, Jumping Jacks, Arm Circles, Jumping Jacks, More Squats! After that we are told to go up and down these Stairs and to give you a visual their are 4 different Stairs going down and going up so I do it and than I come back up and he says now go down again and I'm like What Mama Mia so I go down again and than go back up again and my legs are shaking and now its the fourth time and after that I feel like my 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and Orange is going to come back up and I'm sorry TMI but I'm just trying to get you all to see what I was going through! So my body starts shaking and I'm like I cannot throw up in front of everyone that will be soo embarrassing so I go to the guy and say I can't do these stairs anymore so he tells me to do Steps ups so I do those for the remaining time until the next routine! So next we do Pushups and Dips together and after we do Squats! I believe we did 9 sets of 9 and I really can't remember because I got to that point where I closed my eyes and bared with the pain and did it! After that more Squats and after that Legs and finally we were done! So yeah I got my Hours worth but damn I was shaking all over! After it ended I apologized to him for not being able to complete those stairs and the Instructor gave me a hug and said he was impressed by me and that I did really good! And that felt really good that he said that! So yeah that was my day in a nutshell since coming home I took a nice shower and I've just been relaxing I think I def deserve some good R&R! Also the others in the Group were really nice to me and supportive and I was worried about that as I talked about in my post yesterday! But they gave me lots of compliments and also invited me back! I'm still thinking about that because this was some serious Workout Session! Alright well that's it! Sorry its soo long but I like to share my whole experience with you guys! So have a great night and remember to relax too and unwind!
I now have finished Week 3 and I'm now onto my Final Week 4! Whoo Hoo!
Make those 10 minutes count! :) I made 60 minutes count but who's keeping track!
