Hi Everyone, Hope you are had a great and productive day! So I did my 60 Minutes of Aerobics and man I'm beat but I feel good but my legs feel like lead LOL! So tomorrow I've decided to do this Workout Program outside with others! The whole hour routine will consist of Running, Jumping Jacks, Squats, Push ups, and more! There will also be Lunges but I will not be doing those instead I will run in place or something else but Noo lunges not until I lose more weight! So yeah I'm sure hoping that I will be able to keep up with the others that will be attending! My friend wanted me to go so yeah this will be my 1st public Event outside instead of a small fitness class like I do every Week at my Gym! Boy I hope I can make it through! Alright well I'll let you all know tomorrow until than get those 10 Minutes in! Alright have a great night Teammates! Hahaha I just noticed that my Fitness Minutes Goal was 103 I set for the Month and I'm now at 2,715! Wow I'm way past my goal, I'm working soo hard!
Here's a Tip to do 10 Minutes of Working Out without even knowing it! Take your favorite Music for me that be one of my Channels on Pandora 1 And just start dancing to your Music and do the Dishes while you do it! It will be 2 Wins for you 1 You Exercised for 10 Minutes and enjoyed & 2 You got all the Dishes Cleaned! I don't know just a suggestion I do this all the time and it's fun so try it and see if you like to make this also part of your Routine! Alright now I'm going Goodnight
