Hi Everyone, Wow I'm really running late today! So today I went to my Gym and went to my 45 minute Exercise Class and man did the instructor Work me hard! Omg I thought I was signing up for the Army the way he put me through all of the Exercises! My heart was beating soo fast! And honestly after I came home I checked in my Fitness Minutes here ate my Salmon with Tossed Salad and Olive Oil and just fell right out! So man my apologies but I'm here now! So yeah I got worked over today in my Exercise Class! Well I'm def making sure he has No Red Bull next Wednesday because LOL I'm not ready to die yet! So that's my day, well I hope everyone had a great day and keep working hard! And thanks to all of you that comment on my posts it really makes me smile so Thank you! Alright well till tomorrow keep on making those 10 Minutes Count! STAY STRONG!
