I started this challenge well over 3 weeks ago, I just forgot to come back and report on my progress, but here goes...I amped up my play list on my phone which got me reved up to go an extra 10 min on the elliptical, so now I'm at 25-30! Also, I signed up for 5 sessions with a personal trainer at the gym to break up my regular routine, and he has shown me some different strength training stuff to work on that really kicks my butt! So in the course of about 2 months (told you it's been more than 3 weeks LOL), I've gone from getting into the gym for a little over 10 min at a time to spending about 45 min or more in there some days!
