I found this week to be really easy. Trying new exerciose dvd's on SP was great and added a change to what I already do.
For adding variety in I have this suggestion: Find different forms / types of exercise you like to do e.g. gym, dvd, walking, exericse machine, swimming, bike riding etc... type or write them up on little cards and laminate them put them into your nicely decorated exercise box or container that you have personalised for yourself. Each day shake up the box or container and close your eyes or do not look and draw one card out and that is the exercise you do for the day. Each day can be different depending on the card or cards drawn for the day.
Remember exercising and eating a healthy diet is all part of your lifestyle not a diet so you have to find exercises that you will love to do for the long haul of your life then and only then will you be able to successfully stick with it long term.
But we are all capable of doing it.
