It DOES feel better when you do it, A_BIT_AT_A_TIME. Today I managed to get up again before work - yay - it helps me stay motivated all day.
Well, silly me, I just realized I have finished week FOUR, not three. Geez, I lost a whole week. I had to go back and check my tracker just to be sure. I'm done! And, most days were 20 - 55 minutes. Hooray.
Now, I think I will just keep going with this "just 10 minutes a day thing" :)

I definitely understand. These programs can be a reason to stay strong when you're in your weak moments! 45 minutes? Seems like you really got into it once you started and you pushed pass 10! Good job!
Well, now I'm almost at the end of week 3. Looks like I will make it. If it weren't for this challenge, tho, I would have skipped today. Instead, I did 45 minutes of Coach Nicole's videos. That was a great motivation to keep me away from the Easter candy. So happy for this program!
I'm at the beginning of week 3 - what a difference. It's amazing what just a little consistent exercise can do for you. Breaking it down to a 10-minute minimum has really helped me. It doesn't seem too overwhelming (how could I possibly not be able to fit in only 10 minutes a day?), but then I usually end up doing more.
The scale's not moving too much, but clothes sure are fitting better. My energy level seems better, too. Now, if I can just hang on to this feeling!!!
