I started exercising a while back then stopped for a bit and it showed me how much I need to exercise and how much I missed it. Now I do not go a day without! And as well. Good luck to us all with all our goals weight loss and others.

It's true, I've been on program since Jan 1st. It is now a habit and I'm hoping it becomes a lifelong habit. I feel better than I've felt in years. I'm loving this so much!!! I'm motivated, getting educated and loving Sparks for it!
They say it takes 21 days of doing something consistently for it to turn into a habit. Well, congrats, my friends! After week 3, we are over the 21 day exercise hump.
Somehow, I forgot to do Week 3 of this challenge, so this is actually my 30th straight day doing my 10 minutes or more of exercise. It's so much easier to get going now than it was a month ago. I can't even imagine why I spent so long being a couch potato, making the excuse that I was too tired and didn't have time to exercise. It turns out I was just vegged out in front of the TV with no energy because I wasn't treating my body right.
Keep the momentum going! Woo-Hoo!
