Well .. it's working! YEA! Breaking my day into a total of 60 minutes of walking (with speed and intensity increasing). It's fabulous. I love in the country, so breaking it into 4 pieces each day has been wonderful to clear my mind, body and spirit. And committing to one 15 minute video a day .. some aerobic, some yoga, some pilates, and some strength training is making me stronger and more flexible! YEA for moving forward and learning that breaking the exercise up throughout the day makes be feel so much stronger and so much more energized! Loving Spark People! emoticon
