still going strong! ready to have a strong finish in week 4! I used to come home and take a nap everyday after work....now i can't wait to get to the track for my daily walk...1.25 miles today!!!! I've also been doing a 10 minute video each day. 1 more day left in the month and I am only 6 minutes away from having 500 fitness minutes in January!!!!

So added more fun to my workout by playing the kinect with my hubby. We will do kick boxing or yoga together, and usually by the end we are both laughing. I still haven't convinced him to do zumba with me :)
