I continue my boring treadmill but at least I'm sticking to it! BORING! I'm wakling anywheere between 15-20 minutes although the doctor may not approve of that much time on the treadmill. Let's not tell him.

Yes, I have also worked out consistently, every day! Usually 5 days in the gym and 2 days at home. There has only been 1 day (yesterday) that I had to make myself finish the workout, all the other days I have looked forward to working out. My weigh in is tomorrow and hopefully I will see a rewarding number!!!

It's a fairly easy commitment and I've managed it every day since January 1st also. I know I couldn't commit to anything longer yet I tend to walk longer than 10 minutes anyway. It's just something I know I can commit to. Let's keep up the good work. Encouraging each other really helps.
