I continue my boring treadmill but at least I'm sticking to it! BORING! I'm wakling anywheere between 15-20 minutes although the doctor may not approve of that much time on the treadmill. Let's not tell him.

I have also been consistent and committed to do at least 10 minutes a day with a mixture of walking, Coch Nichole fitness videos and other housebased activities.

Yes, I have also worked out consistently, every day! Usually 5 days in the gym and 2 days at home. There has only been 1 day (yesterday) that I had to make myself finish the workout, all the other days I have looked forward to working out. My weigh in is tomorrow and hopefully I will see a rewarding number!!! emoticon

I can't wait until I can do something other than the treadmill. But walking is good for the hip replacement. I'll get there. Meanwhile, 10 minutes is fairly easy.

YES! I started 1/9 and have done it EVERYDAY. Even when I don't feel like it, once I turn on one of the videos I'm hooked. I love the videos - kickboxing is one of my favs.

This is the first day of the rest of my life. I chose it to be healthy and happy!

Keep up the great work. I love thinking its only 10 minutes. Its great for the days when I am sore or really not up to exercising. emoticon

It's a fairly easy commitment and I've managed it every day since January 1st also. I know I couldn't commit to anything longer yet I tend to walk longer than 10 minutes anyway. It's just something I know I can commit to. Let's keep up the good work. Encouraging each other really helps.
