I was so stressed out and depressed that I slipped up and haven't been exercising since Saturday. So although I a bit disappointed in myself I am going to restart the challenge as soon as possible. Hopefully sometime within the next two weeks. I just need to get settle into a new routine with the new school that I at. So goodbye for now. emoticon

I managed to use my Wii for 26 minutes doing some yoga and the free step. I tried the treadmill for about 8 minutes. I'm still stressed and I'm depressed. Lately everything has been getting to me and I no longer have the energy or motivation I had 2 weeks ago. I did do something today rather than nothing although I ate way too much. emoticon

The last few days of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 today has been a bit rough for me. I've been a bit stressed and busy. I really need to sleep so doing just 10 minutes on my Wii is too much to do when I'm tired. I did 10 minutes of Yoga today to start of week 3 but I really need some sleep so I can continue the rest of the week. Also this week I'm going try the treadmill.
