Although I am an "experienced" dieter (YO-YO), I never had major problems with a plateau before. Well, 3 weeks at the same weight, during a time when I was exercising more than ever, was a little discouraging. The things that kept me going were:
1) This FABULOUS group of people here at the 10 minute exercise challenge
2) The SP articles on plateaus
3) The changes I was feeling in my own body, despite what the scale said
I hope any of you out there who are also in a plateau and feeling discouraged read the articles SP has on them. They really helped me tough it out, mentally.

Keep up the good work everyone!
