My fist day on week 3. I agree, this 10 minutes challenge is awesome. There are so many days where I think, "I just don't have time" - but who doesn't have 10 minutes?" Most of the time, I do more than 10- minutes.
I am trying to stay positive. I rebooted my exercise program over a month ago. I lost 3-4 pounds, but now I'm back where I started. I haven't lost any inches. But I did notice that my stamina is better and the 30 minute video that left me drained is not a challenge, but not overwhelming. Little steps!

Thanks! I try hard! This term is nearly over just a few finals to finish. Next term will be the real test with 2 more classes per term. I think I can still do it though!! My daughter is the absolute most important thing in my life, and she enjoys being active and sometimes convinces me to go out and do something. I just want to be around to see her grow up and become successful!
Spark Coach sounds like a great tool available here. I will have to check it out sometime.

It's not easy to juggle work, school, and personal goals but you are doing it. Congratulations on all you''ve accomplished and for all you plan to do. Wonderful.
I met a nice little milestone today. I measured my waist and realized that I have lost three inches around the middle since mid-October! Wahoo! I got lots of exercise in yesterday (my day off). Started the day with a10 minute exercise video, taked leaves and cleaned gutters etc. for two hours. Then hit the gym for cardio and strength training. A great day.

I started week three this week too! I have loved the 10 min challenge :) I have gotten at least 10 min in and i find myself using my little 10 min downtime breaks to get extra movement. It has been inspiring :) So glad its working for you, too!!
This 4 week challenge has prevented me from being lazy! I have got at least 10min in every day, and usually more. I can't seem to convince myself that doing 10min is going to help me, especially when I don't feel like I have done anything. With that said, 10minutes usually turns into 30 or 40! It has kept my accountable though!

This 10-minute challenge has been good for me. I can't come up with any convincing excuses for not getting at least ten minutes of exericise a day, especially when Spark People provides exercise videos to use at home. The ten minute streak I've finally gotten on has also motivated me to get to the gym more often and I feel great getting the exercise. So today is day #1 of week #3. I'm going to win this little virtual trophy!!! Who else is starting week #3 and how's it going?
